They are understaffed so I had to wait a long time for some assistance. The guy that helped me seemed a little impatient at first but came through strong after he realized I was really there to make a big purchase.

Very often I go into this harbor freight and I’m Confused by the price tags placed on items. 29.99 price tag placed on something just to find out at register it is the item that is sitting on top of the item that the tag is taped to. Blue price tags that are expired. It is extremely frustrating to purchase an inside track club membership just to find out the reason you purchased the membership was an expired sales tag that should have been taken down 10 days prior. The sales people and “supervisor” laugh and think oh no I’m sorry like it’s no big deal just adds to the frustration.

I went in just to pick up a socket set and when I asked the manager how to get them off the package since they were supposedly theft proof she didn't give me answer accept its that way so nobody steals them. I understand that, but when I got home I could not get them off the device they were permanently attached too, and there are no instructions on how to get them off. I'm just going to return them and never use this location again. What a horrible experience for people who are not mechanically gifted!!! Look at the photo you tell me how to get them off ridiculous.

Good service. Can't beat the price on the hand tools. Quality is better than expected for the price. For power tools and up the quality can be hit or miss.

I went there to buy a 4 1/2 inch angle grinder. They had a $9.00 one 2 weeks ago. They are sold out, I had to get the $14.00 one that is still a fair deal. My $9.00 grinder lasted 9 years and still works but will not hold the blade still so I can change the wheel.
