The younger manager of the store called me back and helped me with assist of Mr Sabo and was SO nice, totally went out of her way after I had a bad experience! She was so helpful as well as Mr Sabo.

IMO, This is not the firm that you want if you want accuracy and professional service. The legal and other rep.'s hide behind meaningless comments even though the paper trail shows errors and inaccuracies in their tax prep. Legal rep.'s are arrogant and unprofessional bullies, IMO!

100% a scam. Last few years I went here because I wad being a fool. I took my return to an outside CPA... H and R charged us over 400$ last year for a simple return. These people are crooks.USEFREETAXUSA.COMDO NOT GO BACK HEREYOU CAN SAVE 250$ PLUS BY DOING A LITTLE RESEARCH.

I took me making 5 phone calls to two different H & R offices over the 6 weeks since I turned in my file to finally track down my file. I finally was able to locate a Brenda Walsh and she was very apologetic about my troubles and personally computed my return while I was sitting in her office. She is an outstanding H &R Block employee!!! Thank you, BrendaNote: the negative responses below reflect the two H & R Offices I called. The positive responses reflect the excellent service I received from Brenda Walsh.
