“My family has been coming here since I was in elementary school and I am now 39 years old and still coming back. These may be the kindest people I’ve ever met to do business with. Thank you guys for being AWESOME!!!”
“We’ve been to Carat Coin twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. Maroon and the entire team are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They take their time with each customer, explain everything clearly, and never make you feel rushed.
What impressed us most was their honesty and integrity. After our first visit, we accidentally left some coins behind, and they actually called us while we were driving home to let us know. That alone says a lot about the kind of people you’re dealing with.
On our most recent visit, Maroon spent a great deal of time with us and even stayed several hours after the shop had closed. He made sure everything was looked at carefully and that we understood what we had and the value of it.
I’ve seen comments from people saying Maroon can be rude, but that was absolutely not our experience. He was friendly, straightforward, patient, and extremely generous with his time. We worked with the other two associates as well, and they were just as welcoming and knowledgeable.
The shop is also easy to find, right off Lorain Road in North Olmsted.
We wholeheartedly trust the people at Carat Coin and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. If you’re looking for a place to have coins looked at, appraised, or sold and you want to deal with people who are knowledgeable and honest, I highly recommend Carat Coin.”
“Great experience at this jewelry store with George! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, and they had a beautiful selection to choose from. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend them!”
“Exceptional service. Was extremely helpful with my daughter and the piercing was well done. Can’t remember her name, but the red headed lady was super sweet and took care of us. Thanks again gals!”
“Customer service is absolutely amazing. We worked with Cindy and she was very helpful, remembered us each time we came back, was very knowledgeable, and always smiling!!”

“Had a Victorinox Swiss Army watch that the manufacturer deemed not repairable. They repaired my watch with not problem. Pricing is reasonable. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.”
