The sales associate was kind and professional. When I got the email for the shoe that I ordered I thought 💠it was the wrong size but it was showing men size 7.5. I needed a woman’s size 9.5. She ordered the right size shoe for me. My apologies for my first remarks. Thank you 😊.

The MANAGER JORDAN HAD 10/10 customer service. She was beyond nice and even though she didn’t have what I wanted she showed me a very close alternative and had a great conversation with me. I love her energy and loved her attitude. 10/10 experience
