“Always excited to go to this Ollie’s. Only place you can still find things reasonably priced. The environment is so nostalgic in a way that most stores don’t have anymore. I hope Ollie’s never changes. I’ve introduced many friends to this place and they’ve all had a good time, there’s always something to look at.”

“We had a wonderful experience with SemBro during our kitchen renovation. From start to finish, the entire team was professional, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly patient with all of the questions I had throughout the project and always took the time to explain things and make sure I felt comfortable with every decision. I also really appreciated how accommodating they were with the last-minute changes we made along the way. They handled everything with flexibility and professionalism, making what could have been a stressful process feel much easier. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I would highly recommend SemBro to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and customer-focused remodeling company.”

“I want to take the time out to give a five star review to Luis and Roger. They went above and beyond to help me with an issue if had right outside of their shop. They didn't mind helping me and did an amazing job getting my issue rectified. They were true Godsends and deserve your business. Thank you again Luis(business owner) and Roger.”

“I’m a plumber in Missouri and had an interesting problem with a shower cartridge. I noticed Avon lake Ohio 44012 imprinted on it. So I googled plumbing companies and active plumbing supply company popped up. I called and talked to John Knight. And he had me send a picture to him and then went out of his way to help me even though I am in Missouri. Thankful for the help!”

“We looked around for kitchen cabinets for awhile. The box stores like Lowes and Home Depot were very expensive. We went to factory direct and we love the cabinets we got. They came out to the house to double check our measurements and came up with a better idea for cabinet layout that we had. We got our cabinets years ago and they still like we just bought them! Very good quality. If you need new cabinets, check them out! You will not be disappointed!!”

“I have positives and negatives, so please read the entire thing. The reason for a 4-star rating is at the end of this review! Otherwise, it would not have been more than 2-stars! My dining room bay window was badly damaged by the hail storm back in May 2024. I contacted Joyce Factory Direct and they replaced the window months ago. The salesman, Mason, was polite and knowledgeable. I hired Joyce Factory Direct. Much of the work was covered by my homeowner's insurance. The crew was professional and the installers were pleasant to work with. I provided bottles of water. They ran into a problem in my sideyard (of which I was unaware). I live in a rural country area and there are a lot of wild animals out here. Deer, possums, raccoons and bears left fleas in the side yard. These poor guys were covered. I provided flea spray. They were very nice about the whole ordeal. I ordered a large bay window and a smaller window. The small window was perfectly installed and finished. The bay window looked amazing...on the EXTERIOR of the house. When the crew was ready to leave I asked when the interior trim would be finished. I was told that was my responsibility! WHAT? I paid over $5,000.00 for that bay window! Seriously? Well, it's been several months (this was done before the storm that damaged so much of Asheville, NC). I called several times and finally got them to send someone back out to finish the interior trim (because I threatened to report them to the BBB). The workman who did the job, VERNON PARKER, was TERRIFIC! He said it is company "policy" that the installers themselves determine if they will do the interior trim. He disagreed with said policy! Putting up wood or PVC trim would have been a nightmare. Instead, this guy planned and designed metal trim and molded it to my bay window. It looks FANTASTIC and blends perfectly with the existing window trim. I cannot even see any seams, it is flawless! So, in the end, they did a great job, but it took me months, and aggravation, to accomplish. BE FOREWARNED!”
