  I walked in today and asked for a standard pedicure and it was fabulous. Johnny performed the service and he did a great job. He asked me through the pedicure if I was happy with the shaping, the color and the service. I highly recommend any service with Johnny.

  I have gotten quite a few services done here and always leave disappointed. The hygiene is horrible and the workers get offended if you point out anything they do wrong. The last time was my breaking point-the worker was working on my nails and cut my finger. Blood started coming out fast and he did not do or say anything. After it became impossible to ignore, he pulled out some neon green stuff and continued to pour it on my finger without explaining what it was or apologizing at all. He then started PAINTING OVER the blood like it wasn't there and put the brush back in the bottle. No apology, no explanation, blood in the nail polish bottle, no refund, nothing. Horrible experience everytime. If you do go, I would recommend choosing a different color besides the light pink since it still has my blood in it:/

  The experience was bad for 1 because they where not nice! No excuse for the language barrier, because other places are super friendly and know how to keep their customers as repeat customers!

  Everytime I come to this salon and the outcome is different. The last appointment I had my dip polish started chipping after 2 day and my mom now had some sort of infection in the nail on her thumb after receiving a dip manicure. Will not return.

  Although my nail tech seemed to know what she was doing, the finished product of my pedicure was messy and the color was not even. Also each time I go I am charged a different amount for my pedicure.I think it's time for a change.

  I’ve been going here for 5 years and I’ve usually just done pedicures and they’ve been great. The last year I’ve been getting manicures, today I went in for a gel manicure. I was bounced around to 3 different nail techs because they were all so busy. I started with a really nice man who was taking his time removing my old color and talking to me, and moved to the owner who was incredibly busy greeting customers and answering the phone and rushing through the rest of the removal process. He never asked me the shape I preferred just filed my almond shape nails into round. Then a young girl (I suspect his highschool daughter) came in and he made her finish with the actual gel polish. She was very nice, and this review is NOT directed at her, but the issue is more so the fact he made his young, not a professional, daughter do my nails. She spent a lot of time on them and did work hard and I appreciate her, but the bottom line is she simply is not a professional and he should’ve not made her finish them. They’re all different there’s polish all over my skin, some are raised on top, some the polish is so far from the cuticle that it doesn’t even look like I got them done an hour ago, no cuticle oil, no lotion, just a bad paint job and sent on my way. I’m not confrontational enough to say anything to this young girl or the owner, but I am leaving a review so others know that you shouldn’t go here unless you have an appointment with a trusted nail tech here. I’m sad that I wasted $50 to hate my nails, and now I’m sat wishing I had enough confidence to say something to the owner, but instead I’ll be stuck with these for two weeks. Again, this is not to blame the young girl, she tried hard. Rather, this is the fault of the owner that made his young daughter do my nails instead of waiting for a different nail tech to free up if he was too busy.
