Locker Room by Lids

Hours: Based on the reviews, Locker Room by Lids is a destination for hats, jerseys, and fan apparel. The store has a huge selection of hats including fitted, snapbacks, and dad hats. Customers appreciate the tons of selections and lots of sale hats for $15. The employees at both locations went above and beyond to check the back, research online, and call other branches. The staff were accommodating, professional, and transparent. They collaborated with a sister store to help get jerseys personalized and promised to track down missing letters to complete a vision. The customer had high hopes and the employee came through, resulting in personalized jerseys in time for a photo shoot. Customers also note that it is important to keep a fresh hat and to get a hat box and hat brush. The girls working there are super nice. The store has awesome employees who provide excellent customer service, even in situations out of their control.
