I miss the Macy's of a few years ago. There was clothes to pick up and try on but not a lot to choose from. Yes, more on line. The clerk in the shoe department on July 8 was so helpful and really found shoes that fit me. Enjoyed talking to her.

Ordered shoes, they offered me to try them on but I said no, mistake..... ordered wide width. Label said it but not Label attached to shoe. Too lazy to take back so I end up cutting them to fit my ankles.

Waited for almost 20 minutes to checkout as there was only one person handling the entire cosmetic counters - except for Clinique. Advertised item out of stock and the associate told us it had never been in stock - only available via online. Bait and switch?? They offered a "combined gift set" for over 4x more. Stick it.....

I hadn't been there in awhile so I needed some help finding where I needed to go. Store is quiet and people friendly. I got to where I needed to be, found what I needed and was on my way back to the car quickly. I'll go back again!!! Clean, orderly, helpful and comfortably cool. What more could I want? Also affordable priced.

I love the products and the sales team seam nice and helpful. They actually need more. It is understaffed and I believe they would get more customers if they had adequate help. I used to work for Kauffmans before it changed to Macys. And it was a great company to work for! The prices are competitive and quality is excellent that I have found so far. I used to be top seller in the shoe dept because I knew each and every shoe in depth. Therefore I never steered my customers wrong and made them happy to return! I recommend this store for all of the above. Also, there is never a problem returning anything within 30 days!

Macy's Backstage has a few deals to be had. However, it's not the treasure trove of deals it has been a few years ago. Price points are higher and final sales popped up on several items purchased. Is it worth it? For an occasional stop, sure. Otherwise, it's not a constant.
