I have been using Moen for over a decade. Over leaky faucets and heads. They have a Useless customer service. Lifetime warranty is a big Ole joke. Going to seek out other options.

Junk. Don’t buy.
Called in my But it for looks but it for life warranty for my Moen motion sense faucet.. the faucet leaked and ruined the floor of my new cabinet. Called customer service and got the worst customer service from Michael. “He should be fired for being so disrespectful to a customer. He would not get me to a manager and requested several times. Spoke with a manager who quickly handled to problem and “rushed” me my part that I have now waited 6 days for and it still has not arrived. Buy a delta

It's been 1 month I'm trying to do a warranty replacement and they're giving me the runaround very bad customer service very bad product very bad people works in this business do not buy this product try to buy something else other than Moen.

You can't even assemble the junk they sell I am bleeding from both hands trying to assemble the spray attachment to a new 87604 faucet now I have to return it and waste my time because they want to sell Chinese Junk

Moen stands by the limited lifetime warranty on all their kitchen and bathroom fixtures. Kudos to all the customer service reps throughout the country. I will always be a Moen fan. All I can say is “Thank you!” for the exceptional customer service.

Moen stands by their guarantee. They sent me replacements for shower and sink valves free of charge. It pays to do business with a quality company.

I just got off the phone with Moen customer service and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience . The young lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and handled my problem like a pro. Thanks Moen for having a customer service line that actually gives customer service.

Emailed Moen Support a week ago regarding obtaining parts for my Moen kitchen sink faucet. Never so much as got a squeak out of them so I replaced my Moen with a better, customer supported brand.

The faucet is decent and lasts a long time. The Limited lifetime warranty is NOT a free replacement as advertised.I'm not sure when they started this, but they charge a $25 fee even if you are the original owner if you don't have a copy of the receipt. So keep the original receipt if you buy any Moen product.
