The service advisor was very nice; however, my complaint of squealing brakes was dismissed as being "normal" due to the material used in the brake pads. I reported this complaint within the first week I purchased the vehicle and the service department sprayed some lubricant on the brakes, which did not resolve the problem. In looking online, there appears to be a service bulletin on this issue, but that was never mentioned to me. Disappointed that my 2021 Acadia Denali has brakes that squeal on the regular and there is no fix by GMC Morris. My old 2013 Mazda with 125k miles on it didn't even squeal like this.

I took my car in for a free oil change when I got there I was told it wasn't free. I decided to leave two-minute after I left I received a call that they made a mistake could I come back in it was free. When I returned to get my car they said i needed filters and some other work. I responded that my husband is a mechanic so maybe he could do some of it himself. The man said we'll where does he work does he have this 15,000. Machine real snotty!! I said I will give my husband the paperwork and let him decide where and how the work would get done. When I got out to my car they suppositly did a car wash the car was full of water marks and looked worse then when I took it in. So my next stop was for a 22.oo car wash . I will never go to Morris again

Ed was my sales associate. I attended originally to have my present auto estimated for minor damage when someone hit the front with a trailer. I took this opportunity to view a used Buick. He went through a great deal of work to bring it to within my financial means. I left to discuss with my bank manager of some thirty years. When I left the bank I had no intention to purchase due to the cost of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. I texted my decision to Ed and he responded that he was able to reduce the price to within my means. I returned to the dealership and purchased the vehicle. I give high fives to both Ed and your Financial Officer for their professionalism and courteous representation of your dealership.

Jeremy took great care of me once again! This is my 2nd GMC Terrain Denali and I love it! He kept me updated every step of the way while they were building my SUV. He is always very pleasant, personable, and knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to get you into the vehicle you want. Thank you to Jeremy and GMC for your excellent customer service!?

2 recalls were fixed. And sunroof was leaking water in my floorboards of my car. This is the second time having the car in for this issue. I don't feel I should have been charged for the repair seeing its an on going issue. But the service was great and the staff amazing.

The car was in the garage for 5 weeks and we got it back and the car still has the same issue that it was taken in for. We are contacting GM and going to continue with our case number to have the issue fixed somehow resolved. Both garages the car has been to have been good to deal with. We have no issues with them. But the car is not working like it should so we need it fixed.

Dave Ellis is the manager for the repair department. When I take my car in for repairs he will get the work donewith in days so I am back driving my own car soon. I enjoy my car that as soon as I get it back the happier I am.Good Job Dave

The work that was done on my Yukon was excellent. The ride home and since then has been smooth and quiet. The car was delivered back to me in excellent condition and sparkling clean. I would recommend their service to everyone. Morris will always be my go to service center.

Had the pleasure of working with David and Brittany at Morris Cadillac Buick GMC. Not o my did they do a great job but they were honest and helpful. They made sure that the customer was in good spirits all the time. I know where I’ll be going to get my car worked on from now on.
