“Locally owned & operated garden center. The greenhouse has hearty herbs, annuals, perennials and various seasonal items. The inside gallery is filled with fancy foods, well curated crafts, jewlery and clothing . AI Root candles, Duke Cannon soaps and Red Star coffee are carried here as well as many interior design items unique to this store. I love the vibe of the inside as well as all the hearty plants within the greenhouse attached. Do not miss the adorable zen “ bar “ area in the back of the side green house for arrangements and fine artisan greens. More than just a garden store, I’d like to move in !”

“Wonderful customer service today at Maria Gardens. While back in the soil department I was asked if I needed more than what was available on the shelf, or if I would prefer larger bags (which were outside). I was also asked if I needed assistance locating anything else. Later at the checkout, I was also offered assistance loading my car. Much appreciated consideration from staff made a wonderful end-of-day experience.”

“A true gardeners place to shop as well as home decorators too. I was there purchasing a Christmas gift for a family member. The staff is extremely kind and genuinely helpful. Karen went above and beyond and was very personable! I felt that she really cared and also loved her job. She was interested in helping me and that I was the most important person- I'm guessing that there were 100 things she needed to be doing yet she was focused on helping me. I mention this since we went back the next day to purchase a really cool owl (for me?) and I spoke with Melissa.I asked Melissa who did the displays- she said that Karen herself and their team were the creative team. And the items just came in boxes and they created the magic. Very impressive and whimsical.My photos have attempted to capture some of the atmosphere. A very fun store and great staff. “I've ordered mulch and firewood from them. The mulch was fine. Very good quality and I'm very happy with it. The firewood came covered in mud and was very wet. Not seasoned. Further, there were many large pieces that weren't split, this is the worst firewood I've ever gotten.Edit: Kurtz called me and they made it right. I appreciate them taking accountability and doing the right thing.”

“This place is awesome - they have both bulk and bagged in sand, stone, topsoil and mulch for residential and commercial crews. Also all kinds of insect and wild animal repellents, deer corn and wild birdseed, a wide range of organic to contractor-grade fertilizers, potting soil, very high quality mulch and seasoned firewood. I'm trying to convince my friend to get the bluestone they just got in... the natural stone is so gorgeous. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and they do deliveries every day too.”

Currently finishing up a big kitchen remodel and Tony has gone above and beyond to make sure orders are correct and even followed up with a phone call to see how the project was going. “LOVE Petitti!! It was my first time there and I was in awe of their selection! I have never seen so many flowers or garden items! Went in for a rose bush and came out with 2 hydrangea plants, a full size rose bush, 2 small rose bushes, wildflower seeds and fertilizer. The woman cashiering was so informative about care for the hydrangeas and ran to get me the biotin she recommended for the soil. Will definitely be back!”

The holiday set up was gorgeous and the plants in the greenhouse looked like they were well cared for! Love the garden statue selection too! “Came to this Home Depot on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting there would be a lot of people and little help. I was pleasantly surprised to find that while there were a lot of people, there were many to help. The two guys John and Kookie who were great at the paint counter. While searching for bath towel holders we were given the exact aisle by an associate who could see we were searching for something. We also asked for help with recessed lighting and the gentleman told us aisle 51 which had some but he found us and said. Oh nuts probably aisle 50! Wow. He actually came to make sure we found what we needed. While we did need to order 1 thing online as they didn't have the size. We got everything else on our list of home projects ! Definitely worth coming to for the customer service and selection.”
