One of the best pet stores around in my opinion. Friendly caring staff. Store is always nice, organized and clean! Product selection is top notch and usually in stock. I love the non preasure felling shoping here where you can browse your favorite pets you may want to purchase in the future but always have a friendly knowledgeable staff member available when you have questions about the pet your interested in. Can't say enough nice things about this store. Worth your time to check them out if your in need of pet supplies.

My only complaint is that they lost my dog's service ID badge she had on when I dropped her off, and it has not been found as of yet.
Their Facebook page is nice, but it's unfortunate there is a fee for your dog to appear in the post. I hope at least a portion of the fee goes to the person creating the post and maintaining the page.

Your cricket service is absurdly slow recently. What happened to the button you had that would call an employee? Did you find it annoying that customers needed help? Well, now it's 15 minutes plus to find an employee. How is this better?

We've had a good experience boarding our dog here. I do recommend adding a bath. Otherwise, they come home needing a bath from playing with other dogs. They check for fleas and will require bathing if they have fleas before playing with other dogs.

Waited 20 minutes in the fish isle just to be acknowledged. When the lady came out and I told her how many koi I wanted, she acted all nasty instead of politely explaining their selling policy on koi. Then she asks me how many gallons my pond is and I said that I'm not sure, but that I think it's about a tank and a half that they were currently (they are recommended 70 gallons). I also explained that I had four large koi at one point, so two or three wouldn't be an issue. She said that she could possibly sell me one of I knew the gallon amount. I just politely declined and put the food back on the shelf. I understand that it is policy not to sell them without the exact number or gallons, but the attitude was unnecessary. The only time she seemed helpful was when she said she was sorry as I walked out. I also understand being understaffed, but the fish isle is right across from the cashier and she came out as soon as she was paged. I won't be returning for any of my pet needs ?

Grooming Staff was really nice. However, I specifically gave instructions “do not cut too much hair from my Yorkies face because I’m working on growing her hair out.” Also gave specific instructions on where to cut hair from. They completely cut off the hair that was growing off from her ears and nearly shaved the hair off her face. I’m extremely upset about the hair that was cut from her face and ears… I’ve never cut the hair off her ears and there was a reason for it. The cut from the neck down was perfect. This could’ve been a 5 star review however I left upset and disappointed.

I was looking for pond supplies they had what I needed. Only one brand, so there was nothing to compare it with.
I was looking for some goldfish and / or Koi to add to the pond. Each tank had at least one dead fish. Usually more. I was there for quite a while looking at the tanks. Never saw an employee, which made it easy not to get any.

I have had great experiences with the Pets Hotel and the grooming department!! I absolutely love all of the staff in grooming and the hotel. Super helpful and nice! Will always recommend Petsmart!

I used to take my dog to another location until one day my dog got prickly burrs all over him on a Sunday. This was the only location with availability for grooming, and I am so glad I did! You don't know that people tolerate your pet until you visit a location where all s the staff adore yours! My pup gets so much love and positive energy that I started taking him back. The drive there is not an inconvenience when I know he's getting quality care. Thank you!

We called and verified information thoroughly beforehand. Refused to take our dog because they “couldn’t tell when shots expired” even though it clearly started 1year and we were within the 1 year. Ruined a lot of my child’s birthday plans and caused extreme chaos as we were hours away from home stranded with our dog. We are currently PetSmart clients and so disappointed with our experience here.
