Great customer service & super friendly staff! My Flight 2000 machine had been acting up and was in desperate need of some love & attention and they came out to the house and picked her up. Now the machine looks and plays like new and I didn't realize how much I had gotten used to NOT playing it. Super cool that the Shoppe puts in the time to keep these older machines looking their best! Thank you!

If you are gonna buy a pinball / gaming this is the place .I bought a Guns N Roses pinball 20 years ago from the Mellisa’s dad and he took care of any problems i had with my used machine for 90 days with no problems coming back to fix any issues i had … Fast forward to now and His daughter Melissa is running the show now and I just brought another machine ( brand new Stern Metallica premium pinball and she was top notch . Delivery guys installed and got me up and running in no time . They were spectacular too . Thanks again Pinball Shoppe you guys are great !

Top notch service! I was looking for a specific pinball machine, and while the Pinball Shoppe didn't have it, they promised to keep an eye out for one. Sure enough, a few weeks later I get a call that they've got the machine and can have it delivered before Christmas! Their delivery fees were more than reasonable, and they did a great job setting up the machine and explaining the basics to me. Highly recommended if you love pinball!

I have a WPC that has had the dreaded reset problem that is very common, I called up and they sent a tech out (Chris), who was very polite, came to the house, took the board and a couple weeks later had it rebuilt. He came back and hooked everything back up and everything has been working perfectly ever since. I am happy that I found a place that is willing to rebuild boards as opposed to shipping it out to someone I have never met. Thanks! Will certainly use again and recommend.

I called the Pinball Shoppe with a lot of questions and Melissa answered all of what I wanted to hear. I hung up and thought for a moment that’s the best answers I have had. Called right back and ordered on a Wednesday and received the machine on a Friday. Did not no I could get it that soon. When I received the Jaws machine it was packed perfectly and good directions to put it together. Definitely 5 stars. Don’t hesitate to call them for future purchases. Great customer servive

I needed my slot machine repaired. Gary (owner) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The shop was neat and orderly. All technicians were welcoming. The first repair was short lived and even though there is stated no warranty, they came out to pick up the unit and repaired the unit and it works like new. I paid a fair price for delivery. I generally don't provide reviews but I am very impressed with Pinball Shoppe with the owner and Kent (highly skilled technician). The pickup and delivery team are deserving of praise also. They were also courteous and professional, taking care not to damage anything and ensuring the slot machine was working properly. You can't go wrong dealing with Pinball Shoppe.

What a pleasure working with Melissa and The Pinball Shoppe to help me obtain my first ever pinball machine. Very easy process. All questions answered quickly and completely. Quick and safe shipping - and I live over 500 miles from them. Have been enjoying the machine since receiving it. Will definitely contact them the next time I’m thinking about purchasing another pinball machine.

Love this place. I bought a 70s era Star Wars upright cabinet from them and it’s so great. Definitely reliving my childhood. Eventually I’m going to make more room in my house and get some pinball machines.

We have been happy and satisfied customers since 1992 when we made our first purchase of a vintage MS Pac-Man game. It has been serviced twice by the Pinball folks. Repairs have been excellent and timely and they always honor their estimates. I can’t say enough good things about this small local business!
