Bill is the cell phone wizard! He is very enthusiastic about these phones. The issue with my phone had been frustrating me for some time. Finally, I went to the Verizon store to obtain a new SIM card, hoping that would resolve the issue(s). Nope. Of course, they wanted me to buy a new phone. I took it to Bill. I had my working phone back just a few hours later. He thoroughly explained his diagnosis and repair. His charge for all that was VERY reasonable. Thanks for everything, Bill. I will and have already recommended his business to anyone needing help with their cell phone.

I will definitely be coming here from now on and recommending it to everyone! Someone who recommended only going to the Apple Store because of the price , which I didn’t want to do, said this place would be the next best bet. I’ve had my phone repaired outside of an Apple Store in the past and the screen didn’t work the same. Bill was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix my phone that my toddler threw in the sink. It was cracked and had some bad water damage. He was so knowledgeable and he’s open late. I picked my phone up around midnight which was life saving for my situation. I have a destructive toddler who is obsessed with getting ahold of my phone, and a sister who is very careless with her phone…so I’m sure we will be regulars from now on!

Bill is the best at pro com wireless he does it all from fixing screens, battery’s, screen protectors, any phone issues you have he can fix it love bill and I’m a long time customer I definitely recommend everyone come here for there phone needs very nice guy he will go the extra mile for you and he even does bill paying there for billing needs as well go to him everyone very wonderful experience!!!!

Not one to leave a review, but I called Bill to swap out my phone's charging port because it wasn't charging and he quoted me one third of the amount somebody else had. However, it's a 5-star review because he had the integrity to look to see if the port was dirty first, which it was. He only charged me for the cleaning and I went my way spending 10x less what others would've charged me. Nothing like integrity and good quality work.

Bill goes above and beyond. Extremely impressed with the level of service and expertise. He replaced the screen within a couple of hours. This was the only repair store I called that had the screen in stock. I highly recommend him for assessments and repairs.

I took my sons phone in, he said the diagnostics would be free and they were. Quoted a price for the repair. two hours later and my son had his phone back. Very pleased!!!

I never write negative reviews, but this guy utterly failed me in every sense of the word. I gave him my Samsung Galaxy S10e in November of 2022 because it died and I wanted him to do data recovery. He quoted me $100 and said that if he couldn't get the job done he wouldn't charge me, this obviously was a great thing. But after a week I hadn't heard back from him so I dropped by and he told me he was waiting for a part to come in. I told him that was all good and that he can call me when he makes progress. Another week later and I hadn't heard back so I called and he assured me that the part was just taking time to come in. The New Year came and went and I still hadn't heard back. When I visited again he seemed like he had forgotten about my phone and assured me that he would get back to it. I left him alone for a bit (my mistake) and didn't end up visiting his shop again until June when I decided that enough was enough. I went to go get my phone back but when I asked about progress he brought my phone out in two halves. Now I don't know anything about phone repair so I decided that maybe he was really putting the effort in and I just told me to call me when it was done. See a pattern here? In November of 2023 I came back into the store and asked again about progress. He said that he got the phone working and just needs me to buy a 64gb flashdrive for him to transfer the data onto. Great! I went to BestBuy and bought a flashdrive and gave it to him the next day. He said he'd call me back when it was done. I bet you can guess, he never called me back. I called him twice and left a voicemail both times without response. Finally I came back in yesterday (December 2023) and asked him about my phone. He asked what my name was again (which how could you forget at this point) and then brought my phone out with a post-it note. He said, "I wrote 'NF' on this which means I deemed it not fixable." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I just took my phone and left. Now honestly I was only out $10 from buying the flashdrive (which he did return to me) but I can't believe how bad his customer service is and how slow his turnaround time is. He seems like a nice guy, but my experience in his shop was horrible. If you take your phone to him, prepare to hound him over and over again. I hate writing negative reviews, but this was insane. TLDR; He had my phone for 1 year and 1 month, he hardly responded to my calls and he never fixed anything.

I just had my samsung phone screen repaired by the shop. It looks like he did a great job. He provides warranty as well and that is reassuring. No complaints. You can tell he works hard.
