“This store has helpful and friendly staff and is a quick in and out. The shipping supplies aren’t as cheap as what you can find on Amazon but if you are out of supplies, the prices are fair enough to grab something to get by.
The carts close to the door are a nice touch on days where I have too much to carry at at once. The carts save multiple trips when Ohio winters are doing the Ohio winter thing.”

Will and his team were willing to work with my tight deadline! Amanda, the graphic designer, spent 45-minutes with me on the phone while we went through modifications! She was so sweet and attentive and made it such an enjoyable process! Danielle from accounting was very helpful and suggested that I mail in a check to help eliminate me having a credit card fee! “I usually use Office Max across the street for printing but time after time it is just a struggle to get what I need. On my last visit the printing desk was closed (understaffed), and 2 of the 3 self-serve printers were out of order. They suggested FedEx.
I found the manager at the Rocky River FedEx to be an absolute ray of sunshine; extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and got me squared away and out the door in minutes. I was stunned at how quickly my printing was done and with zero aggravation. Very happy I ended up there!”
