Well this is my update😁 actually the service was great the person who attended me was David great person 10/10👍 answered all my questions, only negative thing is that you do have to wait like 1 hour to be attended, other guy stayed 2 hours with some clients, they should try to fix that because that is something really negative, but everything else was great 👍 thanks to David 😁

Went in today for new internet. Delton helped me and was so rude and inconsiderate. He should not be in customer service.

When I ended my service, they charged me extra for canceling and didn't prorate my last month. The people there didn't even tell my about the cancelation fee!

The service is garbage. They are not won to work with you on any type of payment agreement. Also, they want automatic payments, which never come out on a proper date service and phone calls. Drop all the time, internet is non. Existent, even when the phone bills are paid, they do not want to fix any other issues unadvisable, to come to this company for any type of service

I had an incredible experience at the Spectrum store thanks to Baylee! I went in a couple of weeks ago dreading getting a new phone, but she made it the best experience! She was not only friendly and professional, but also incredibly knowledgeable. Baylee helped me set up a new Google account, gave me a thorough demo of my new phone, and made sure everything was set up perfectly before I left. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're visiting this location, definitely ask for Baylee—she truly goes above and beyond!!!

The employees at the North Olmsted location are the best. We drive past 3 other Spectrum locations just to deal with the employees here.

Stopped in today to pick up some new equipment. Had questions that the online chat team couldn’t answer- but the staff here answered everything right away! The 3 staff members I interacted with were very kind and helpful! Great experience! :)

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service we received from David Dushkoff at the North Olmsted Spectrum store. We decided to switch our cable, home phone and mobile phones over to Spectrum and he was awesome, finding us the best deals and discounts available to help save us money. Since we are not exactly "tech savvy" people, we relied on his expertise during the whole process. He never once spoke down to us and explained everything in a way that we could totally understand. Plus, he even stayed after his shift was over to complete the job! He was extremely helpful and kind and we are very satisfied and pleased with our decision to switch to Spectrum.

I was with spectrum til their rates got to high so I changed companies. Spectrum was going through the neighborhood and talked me into going back with them. Said I would have the same price for two years. That lasted about six months. Got my bill this month and it was higher. Their word isn't worth the paper it is written on.

I pay for 3 Dvrs and the programs I record are labeled "info unavailable" so if I have recorded 6 programs I need to open each one to find the programs I want to watch.
