DO NOT GO TOO THIS TMOBILE !WAS TOLD THAT IF I TRADE MY PHONES IN TMOBILE WOULD PAY FOR NEW PHONES IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS AND MY BILL WOULD BE 170 , EVERYTHING .. TURNS OUT MY BILL IS 208 AND TMOBILE ISNT PAYING FOR MY PHONES . DO NOT WORK WITH JOSE .. HE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET THE SALE THEN WILL NOT " REMEMBER " WHAT HE SAID ! WILL BE PAYING OFF PHONES AND MOVING TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY! IF THERE WAS A ZERO STARS ID GIVE EM A 0

Just had a wonderful customer experience at this T-Mobile store [01/17/24]. I needed to move a SIM card from an old phone to new phone. I was in and out in like 12 minutes. SweeEEEEEEEtola. They are not pushy sales people, like I've seen elsewhere. Very friendly and easy to do business with.

Highly recommend this location. Alfredo was extremely helpful getting me into a new phone. After I received my phone Taylor was outstanding getting my phone switched over. very efficientamazing customer service.

I recently bought a new phone and decided to change carriers. I wanted another prepaid plan and tmobil was the only one I could find that would help me in the store. Most of them must be done over the phone. Alfredo was great. It took a while and even he had some problems. I ended up having problems with old carrier and this time Taylor helped me. He was awesome! It is so refreshing to see young people who want to work and are so fun to work with. Super impressed! Thank you all again.

ADRIAN, N. Olmsted OH is absolutely tops! Made my change to T-Mobile so very easy, extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, etc! I would highly recommend this store and Adrian… plus his mgr Kendra very good as well! Kudos to them!!! ?

There was a major glitch transferring the contents of my old phone to the new one. The employee really was incompetent and caused me much distress...... It took a lot of time and effort to straighten this out.

Kendra Harris, the Store Manager is absolutely amazing! I discovered an urgent issue with my cell phone and she took care it instantly. Her knowledge of the technology was incredible, allowing her to fix the issue quickly, yet she was kind, compassionate about my situation and delightful to talk with. I HIGHLY recommend working with Kendra and her team at the North Olmsted location! Much, much appreciated, Kendra!

I've been contacting them for 10 months to help fix a mistake on my bill that they promised me and wrote in writing but didnt go through with it when I first signed the contract and no response. The only time someone answered they were just rude and disrespectful the entire time. When I go to the store Greg promised to fix the bill but never bill. Even though I have proof what my bill should be he would say "you signed the contract it'd not my problem now deal with it on your own".Finally someone from the store contacted us they told me that’s my price I can’t change itI asked if I can make an appointment to show proof of text and paperwork that I have and they said no that’s what the price is we can’t change it

Went to T-Mobile Chestnut Commons and had Delia help me. Delia was very helpful and showed me how to get my $250 in rebates as well as how I could save money by going with T-Mobile Internet 5G versus the cable provider that I had been using. I have been so happy with T-mobile and with Delia and how helpful and insightful she has been concerning my new phone and internet.
