My wife and I have been extremely happy with the quality of food and the service we consistently receive at the Subway located in Walmart in North Olmsted, Ohio.Celina, the store manager, always helps me navigate the Subway app so I can pay with the Subway gift card that I added.She is always pleasant and helps us redeem our coupons as well.Although we have a Subway closer to us in North Ridgeville, we no longer go there because they don't accept Subway coupons. In fact, many of the local Subways don't!

i came into this store and ordered food, i witnessed the store manager by the name of celina… and what i seen what UNCALLED FOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. she was in process of talking to one of her crew members and telling this young woman that she is not what she needed and told her to get out of her store very rudely in front of customers. it seemed like this crew member was freshly new , i don’t know why she would send this fresh new face home. was she lazy and like didn’t want to train her? how is someone supposed to learn if you don’t train?! not to mention she was very very rude, and i don’t think she should run this store at all. her attitude was VERY UNPLEASANT and the air in the store felt so dry. i think subway needs to get a new store manager from the looks of it i can tell she doesn’t like her job. she has an ugly attitude and very very negative. i most DEFINITELY won’t be back to this subway ever again. that is a disgrace for subway.

Ty and Christian were amazing the food was 10/10 quality and the service was impeccable. Ty was able to show Christian the ways of effective service while maintaining quick production. Christian also picked up very quick.

Even though this subway is inside of the Walmart super center it's very pleasant. The employees are super friendly and they seem clean at what they do. The food is acceptable.

My sub was amazing! I was served by a man named Sam, I don’t know how long he has been working there but he deserves a promotion. 10/10 experience! Will come back here whenever I’m in the mood for another sub!

Today I got subway, Omar was the most polite and nice worker, he gave me good suggestions and made me the best sandwich I’ve ever gotten from subway. If possible this kid deserve a raise. Thank you Omar.

Before shopping I stopped @ the Subway that is inside Walmart. I was greeted I believe it was Maggie and then I was served by Sam. I have to say that It was a pleasant visit!! The tomatoes and rest of veggies looked and where fresh and the restaurant nice and clean. I suggest if you go shopping or before shopping , like it did, ( That way you don't go crazy on buying stuff you should not eat) LOL stop in and have the girls serve you!! Thanks Sam and Maggie !!

I usually have no issues with this location till today. Got there around 7:30. Ordered a sandwich 2 cookies drink and chips. Two men were working. Nick and I do not know the other. There was me and another lady behind me. The one gentleman took my order and rang it up,while another gentleman took a sign out and put it on the register saying "be back soon". Well instead of helping the lady behind me who was waiting,both men after ringing me up disappeared to where the lady ended up walking out. That was the first bad thing that was a big not okay thing to do. So I get to my car and noticed the 2 cookies I ordered were not in the bag,but I was charged for them. So I go back inside,and wait for about 5 mins at the register hoping someone would come out. No one did. I called the store about 3 times and no one answered. I go back to my car and start driving and decide to try calling them again. A man named Nick answered and I explained what happened. First he said sorry no one was there,that they were outside. Then He said "well if you are still here we will happily give you your cookies" I explained I wasn't there anymore and already on my way home which was a hour away. To which he repeated"if you are here we can just give you your cookies" to which again I said I was not and was already driving. He said that's all he can do for me. At this point it's not bout the cookies,but this was bad customer service. They were too worried bout having a smoke break than taking care of their customers. They close at 8 on Sunday so why would both employees decide to first not help those in line,forget food,and decide that a smoke break 20 mins before closing was more important than their customers? I even tipped them,and honestly I do not think they deserved it at all. Just very poor customer service all around.
