If you want to feel like you are imposing or putting an employee off here, just ask for propane. I have been here 3 times on cold days and every time I felt like I was a problem and should be apologizing for trying to purchase propane from your store. If your employees are too soft to be cold or too fat to walk across a parking lot maybe you should fire them. When I ask for propane and you slouch like a child and complain that it is cold or the machine is off maybe you should not sell propane. I left without propane because of the attitude. I went to Landmark and the young man was more than happy to help me. I felt like I was a customer not someone an angry adult child is upset with for making them go outside in the cold. Do better tractor supply.

They've become my go to store for chicken and landscaping needs. The staff are very friendly and knowledgable.

Normally this store and location are great. The staff here is always willing to assist.
But today I encountered a horrific issue with an online purchase.
I saw the item on line and since I had to go to the store wanted to order it there but have it sent to another person as a surprise gift.
The sales clerk told me I could do it on line on their computer but I didn't have my glasses so she assisted after I asked. After several attempts to get the information correct, she put the name and address in for the recipient. When everything was done, the system continued to go back to my home address. She stated it was because of the credit card and would have to be shipped to my home.
I can understand I had not been in the store and maybe they thought it was scammer using my credit card info but no, I was there in person.
I had the cash with me but apparently the order requires credit cards.
This will make me hesitant to order anything from the store in the future and only do in store shopping. This needs to be addressed as I am sure other people have had issues with on line ordering.

Their website said the lawn mower I wanted was in stock at this store. Drove there to be told that it was in their inventory but broken. I suggested he correct the issue so people don't waste their time driving to the store and he said he can't do that. So they know their website is wrong but don't care apparently.

Great store with absolutely wonderful staff. Love each time I go in, the staff is always in good spirits and willing to be off assistance without feeling stalked. Large store with seemingly good inventory availability. Never had a problem, always quick and easy.

We went to purchase a new dog food our vet recommended and when the total was over $200 we realized they scanned it three times. 30 minutes and 3 people later we got the issue corrected and had to start over. They gave us a $15 gift card for the inconvenience which was nice....except when I went to use it today I found out it was never activated.

The older women at the register was so rude for no reason at all. I just moved to town and was about to be purchasing a bunch of stuff for the house, I would never give them my business again.
