DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE!
They claim to text when the suits were ready NO ONE RECEIVED A TEXT! They were picked up on Friday because the men when to get it and complained about not receiving a text and they said they sent it.
I can’t say it any louder than don’t go here. Brother in laws wedding was this past weekend, all the grooms men including the groom rented their tuxedoes from here! MISTAKE! The cufflinks on the grooms shirt where broken one of the grooms men had to give him theirs, the best man’s suit jackets button popped off during pictures almost took out the camera guy. Another grooms man his shoe was so creased it looked like they tried to saw the front half off his shoe off. He ended up wearing his own shoes. Then proceeded to return the tux and let them know what happened and they claimed they couldn’t do nothing about it, not even reimburse the shoes or the cufflinks. You want to rent a tuxedo spend just a bit more money or even the same amount depending on what it is and go else where travel to Olmsted falls they have a little tuxedo place there and they are amazing , or even men’s warehouse anywhere but here.

The staff there was all wonderful and the tux looked great on my husband, but his jacket came in sized incorrectly. This led to him having to be remeasured and us having to drive back to the shop the next day, which was the day before the wedding and the day of our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. We had a lot going on that day, and the shop is an hour, round trip, in the opposite direction from all of it. That added a lot of stress and ate up time on a day when that really wasn't needed.

Went here to rent for my friends wedding. Unfortunately there is not much room in there considering how busy they are. Very friendly staff.

They were very friendly and helpful. They were considerate about time constraints surrounding tuxedo pick-up. And the tuxedo rental was a great price!

Made an appointment with Debbie for 2pm. Arrived a few minutes before our appointment and checked in. There were at least 6 people being measured before us. Waited 20 minutes before walking out because we hadn't been helped. Don't make appointments if you aren't going to help customers in order of appointment time.

Debbie was an absolute life saver, no place had anything close to what we needed, and they had everything including the vest. Even stripped the mannequin in our hour of need. would recommend!

The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating with the timing of my rental. Great selection of tuxedos as well. Even with the increase in customers/business after a local tuxedo shop suddenly closed down, the staff were very friendly and did everything they could to help each and every customer.

What can I say about Ms.Debbie and her staff they were the BOMB!!! Very professional and engaging (except one she was probably having a bad day) they made sure we were comfortable with the fit of our tuxedos answered any questions we may have had and made sure we understood the return process of the tuxedos the guys were very charming and funny which made the experience even better kudos to you and your staff Ms. Debbie!!!

Debbie and her co worker were wonderful. We were affected but american commodore suddenly closing and she got us in the same day and took care of us. Even stayed an hour late to help us. Very thankful.
