If you love excuses and fixing other people’s mistake, this is the bank for you! I only stopped by as their ATM is in my network. Next time I’ll pay a fee elsewhere. Their ATM took money out of my account and didn’t dispense it, and the screen read that it was retaining my card for safety. I recorded and tried to show them so other customers wouldn’t have issues. Female teller didn’t even watch, nor make any attempt to have someone look at machine. When I called, I got another employee making excuses for their coworker. They simply don’t care about their customers. What’s more, my bank and I have to fix THEIR mistake, on a Friday, meaning I won’t be reimbursed until next week sometime.I remember the reason I left them in the first place—charging fees on their “free” checking account. I would go to a branch, have it removed, just for it to keep happening month after month. My friend opened an account there, few years back, just $50 to get it open, and account ceased to exist!I never received an apology, not then, not today.

While I will say the branch and the people I have dealt with there have been wonderful and very professional, it’s sad to say that the bank itself as a whole could really use some help. When a facility uses your card to put a pre authorization on your account for payment of something then releases that hold on funds the same night, not charging your account for anything, why is it my own bank will then place a hold on these funds for longer? I mean, it’s my money and I cannot use it. I think 24 hrs should be more than enough time for the banks to electronically communicate and know that there is no charge done. Instead, my own bank is holding my funds so I cannot use the money elsewhere until they release the pending transactions. This is not acceptable US Bank. You can and should do better then this. Your process sucks and you are doing wrong by your customers. I’ve been with US Bank for a long time but I’m starting to think that maybe it’s time to take my business elsewhere. If you cannot facilitate my financial needs on real time, I’m sure someone else will be happy to have my business.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced! The young lady (my age maybe 35-40) that works there is extremely rude! I have been a US bank customer for 20 years! I have a bank account, my mortgage, credit card, and personal unsecured loan. I had always used the branch inside Walmart that they decided to close. They always cashed my checks and this lady was refusing to cash my corporate checks even though I had the money to cover them. I’ve never had a check come back and have not overdrawn my account and probably 10 years. She absolutely should have took all of that into consideration and cash my checks for me. I am extremely insulted and may start looking for somewhere else To give my business to.

During my lunch break I was at this location and was waiting in line. The older guy in front of me was having a conversation that was ongoing after his transaction was over with Amanda, the teller. As I waited I asked “are you done ?” The guy said a few words to me and left. When I came to the counter Amanda was quick to tell me how I shouldn’t talk to the customer that way. No hello, what can I do for you etc. I handed her the items I wanted deposited and said ‘all I needed was a receipt’. In a snippy rude tone she said ‘of course I’m giving you a receipt’. As I was leaving she made sure to say in a sarcastic tone ’have a good day’. I told her I always do. I sure do miss the gals that worked at the Walmart Branch that was closed earlier this year. They had a personality that Amanda could learn from. Because they do not have a drive thru, and the chance of having to deal with Amanda, I will be using the Crocker Park from now on.

Amanda was completely rude. She was very kind to the older gentleman before me but for some reason just rude in assisting me.

This branch seriously sucks. The atm machine is " temporarily out of service" all the time. Then you go inside and deal with SLOW service and short staffed, snippy tellers. Can anyone say poor management?!
