Salesperson was very helpful called for my insurance coverage help me pick out glasses and make sure I was happy with my selection of sunglasses only think I didn't like is reason I stop in was store had advertisements for bye one get one for free but of course didn't apply for me. Kind how it always goes so you end up paying more only reason I came in so but got great service.

I frequent Great Northern Mall and enter where Visionworks is so I always walk past the store and said to myself, one day I need to pay them a visit. I recently did and I'm happy I did. I received phenomenal service from both the optometrist and eyeglasses workers. Also, I purchased 2 pairs of glasses and had lenses replaced in my Tiffany frames. I'm a very Happy customer .

Called on June 15th to schedule eye exam. Lady on phone said first available was Saturday July 29th at 4:00 pm. When got off phone and tried to schedule on calendar discovered July 29th was a Monday. Called back to clarify and a different person clarified appointment was in fact Monday July 29th at 4:00 pm. However when arrived on July 29th for appointment, was told appointment was booked for Saturday
JUNE 29th at 4;00 pm and the next available was not until Wednesday August 7. Not a happy camper.

I bought the 34.99 insurance a year ago and I broke my glasses 2 days before the insurance expired. I took them to North Olmsted Vision works and the ladies that were there looked up my coverage and said they would be completely replaced, full of charge. They were amazingly helpful and professional.y new glasses are on order. Best 34.99 I ever spent. The glasses cost over 700.00 because they are specialty. Very thankful.

Horrible customer service. No one at vision works is willing to help anyone. All they care about is money and themselves. Do not go here. There are thousands of other places to go.
