I feel that the north olmsted location is the best Walmart in our area. It's very clean and organized. The one in Brooklyn is a nightmare and as a store its not that great, run down in comparison.

Pick-up is horrendous. It’s run by rude and lazy workers who care not one bit about helping customers. I had a simple question that was dismissed rudely and met only with “figure it out yourself at customer service.” At the end of it all, had to wait an hour and a half to receive my goods. Never doing this again.

Worst Walmart when it comes to customer service! Nobody answers the phones ever! Even if is an emergency like seeing if they have a lost and found! The worst! This is why I mainly do online shopping! Now I don’t feel as guilty over it. If I can give no stars I totally would.

So let me start by saying… I’ve worked for years and years in customer service and this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had. I went to Walmart to buy curtains for my house, I paid in cash bc it was a Xmas gift from my mother In law to get new curtains. I did a self checkout with my 5 year old. The man who checked the receipt at the door gave the receipt to my daughter who of course lost it on the way to the car. Went home hung the curtains and decided I didn’t like them. Realized I couldn’t find the receipt (even after I sis the text me my recipt option…) called and spoke to someone who said it’s not problem go to customer service and they can look it up for you. Arrive at customer service to the craziest women ever. She didn’t even say hi she seemed like me being there was already an inconvenience. Told her what happened and she got extremely huffy and started questioning me rudely and in a tone. Called over her manager who helped her but she didn’t say anything either. They were both extremely rude. After that I decided to take my money and go across the street to target. NEVER AGAIN. I can’t remember their names, but older women who apparently hate their job bc they don’t know how to do it. Do better

Everything you need. Well staffed, stocked, and clean, with handy shops (nails, optician, subway) at the front of the store. There's a full grocery side, and prices are good. Pharmacy at store front as well.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Check my history, I’ve never left a 1 star review in my several hundred reviews.I ordered a print on matte paper. Upon arrival, it was on glossy paper. No one in the store could print it on matte. The print employees, customer service and even the store manager were of no help. They said to refund it online. Working with the agent online, they told me to go back to the store for a refund but the store manager and customer service person said they could not refund an online order. What a cluster. None of the employees I interacted with had a care in the world about their customers. Other customers were looking for help as I was escorted back to print by a customer service agent. That customer was asking for help when I was walking in to pickup my item before my event started.I want my item refunded because it was not printed correctly. Or print it and mail it to me for free so I’m not inconvenienced any more. What a horrible experience and overall, the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

They refused to pick up the phone or get anyone to help you when making pick up orders. If you can't pick up the phone you can't fill the orders. Pick up is absolutely atrocious and should be shut down until they can provide an efficient service for their customers.

I could have went into the store and shopped faster than the curbside pickup. Maybe limit how many people can pick up in a time frame. This is NOT convenient.
