This is the worst place to get your phone fix at I'll will never go back. My SAMSUNG Phone was crack he told me it will be ready in an hour then he change his mind and told me it will be ready the next day, Next day I pick up my phone my phone didn't last for 2 days, you better off paying on your phone bill there but don't use his service getting your phone fixs.

I was in there having a camera lens replaced and he told me that I had the wrong one. He put it on anyway to prevent damage to the camera and said order the new one and come back. I asked what do I owe and he said $25. I got up this morning looking to buy another one and decided to look under the one he put on and that's when I saw that he put it on backwards.

Terrible place to get your phone fixed. Asked them to replace my screen because it blacked out. You can’t even press on my screen hard because you’ll see it turn colors. My phone shuts off and on. Do not waste your money.

Worst place ever to do business. My 13 year old son was given an iPhone 7 to switch from his iPhone 6. I took him there to get it switched. He took the SIM card out the 6 put it in the 7 and made a call told me he couldn’t do it switched the SIM card back and we left. The next day my son phone wasn’t working if he wasn’t connected to WiFi. I paid the bill and took it back to cell tech and told them it didn’t work anymore after he tried to swap it. He told me I had to buy a new SIM card $25 but it worked perfectly fine before he touched it.

The owner there is a crook I had two phones, one had a SIM card and the 2nd phone needed a SIM card. I told the owner that I wanted to purchase a SIM card for the phone that didn't have a SIM card. I purchased the T-Mobile plan ( $48.60 for the card and activation). His wife told me in order for the the phone to work that had a sim card in it I had to purchase a page plus SIM card (the SIM card that was in it was a Verizon card) another $50.00 (hindsight that was stupid of

I am very disappointed in Z... I’ve used him for year for my iPhone and iPad repairs, mostly screen repair, but also internal repairs on my Mac devices... I most recently traded an iPad mini (Generation 2) and an iPhone 5C in exchange for a discount on an iPad mini (Generation 4) screen repair. When I picked the iPad up, the screen and home button on the repair were awkwardly set. I voiced my concern but was told, there wasn’t an issue, just that the home button would ‘need to be pushed harder’ trusting him i left the store. Moral to the story, the iPad hasn’t functioned correctly, and is a headache for my little girl to use. I’ve bought the iPad back to him to have the repair done necesarry for it to perform and he told me it would take forever for it to be swapped out. Finally I called him and told him it wasn’t working out, when I bought it back he insist he had to charge me. I am more disappointed than angthing, just goes to show he has no client values, and if you’re not spending with him, he won’t assist you. For that reason I will never take any mobile device to him for any repairs I do not trust in this like his business ethics I will rather pay Apple to repair anything else for me. I will also go elsewhere in the future for ANY other cellular device needs.
