Stay away! My Lil cousin Erika, took her truck to this place September 2023 for a simple oil change. The oil change took 2 trainee and a Supervisor to complete. While driving her truck started knocking! Her engine was gone. Out of 3 people no one thought to put the oil cap back on. She filed a lawsuit.. A month after filing the lawsuit they fired all 3 employees. Now, I am originally from Ohio! What I do know is Bedford is racist as hell. My cousin stated everyone in the court was white! And the Judge keep taking Conrad's side. So, I am going to contact the local news this week..And seek legal counseling for my cousin. If you mess up you own it! At the bare minimum pay my cousin the value for her vehicle. I told her you have 1 year to file a lawsuit. It clearly states in the transcript from Conrad's that they forgot to put the cap on. So, why do the judge continue to side with them. Here's what I know to be true if you don't stand for something you will fall for anything. Our great grandfather Marched with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Having said that Conrad's Tire Express! I am coming for you.

I've dealt with the North Randall Ohio location in the past. Service advisor Guy is great and told me what was wrong with my car without trying to UP charge me but gave me various affordable solutions..5 star experience

Went for Air,the tire was low, seemingly the the air compressor had automatic shut off once the tire was filled completely. The best part is if anything went wrong I was at the right place for all my car needs.

Quality tires and service, but it's the people at this Conrad's that sets them apart from the others! 5 stars.
Update: we stopped using the North Randall location, but to be honest, we stopped using all locations of Conrad's due to poor customer service. Service went downhill, and one of our truck beds was heavily damaged while being driven by employee.

Got a flat as I was going down the street and was able to get to Conrad's, and they got me in and out in no time. The staff was nice and welcoming

Held my car for a week for a tire replacement I had warranty for they had the tires and the rim and they play with each other in the back instead of working

I scheduled an appointment for an oil changed over the phone a week prior and received a confirmation email. The morning I came in they said there was no appointment for me and it was not registered in their system. There was no apology for the mix up or attempt to look further into it. I work during 90% of their servicing hours and scheduled this appointment because it’s the only time I’m available. What error caused this to not appear in the system needs to be looked into. Very unsatisfactory experience.
