What's up with a cashier wearing a bonnet to work, and the other one having lunch behind the counter. The management needs to make that person remove that bonnet. Who wears a bonnet to work. And eat lunch while waiting on people . That is so ghetto and unprofessional.

This is the 2nd worst Dollar Tree I have ever been to. I have been to over 500 Dollar Tree/ Family Dollar stores. I understand that Ohio has chosen to legalize a certain recreational substance. However, I feel that using it in the workplace is inappropriate. A 3 hour delivery takes them 5.5 hours. The inside of the store shamefully disgusting. When I was last here 10 months ago, this was a decent store. What happened?

This store was a mess. Boxes everywhere. It just wasn't neat nor clean. The service was bad and didn't seem to have a manager in sight. Very disappointed 😞

Was there on 1/31/25. The place is a mess. Look like little kids was playing in there. One cashier there. Just a hot mess.

Store closes at 10, but at 8 the doors are locked and the lights are still on, no answer when calling the store.

If you're looking for a neat organized store, this is not the store for you. They have lots of stuff to choose from if you don't mind moving other stuff out the way to get to it. Great for party supplies (tablecloths, forks, knives, plates etc)

THIS IS ONE OF THE MOST GHETTO...DOLLAR TREES I HAVE EVER IN MY ENTIRE LIFE WENT TO! I DO NOT EVEN LIVE OVER HERE BUT NEEDED SOMETHING WHILE IN AREA. I WILL NEVER RETURN. 1st TIME- there was a young lady working..ON THE PHONE AND EATING CHIPS WHILE WORKING. I KNOW DARN WELL, IF THE DISTRICT MANAGER OR CEO WALKED IN, SHE WOULD BE FIRED ON SPOT. THEN...THE NEXT TIME-HAD TO DEAL WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH CORPORATE DIRECTLY. THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. TOO GHETTO! MAKES OUR PEOPLE LOOK SO BAD!

Why does this dollar tree location have employees that stand at the door at 8:30 to close the store when the sign says 9? This isn't the first time I've had this happen at this location. Me along with 3 other people all in separate vehicles were turned away at the door and people are still pulling up thinking they close at 9 but it's closed now. Please change the time or let customers know they have to be there a certain before closing to actually gain entry of your store.

Worst customer service ever. I arrived at 8:30 walked in and the lady said I had 1 minute.... How is that? It says you close at 9 pm not 8:30 not 8:45 it says 9 pm. If employees are closing earlier than the posted business hours they should notify customers they're doing so. On top of the rude customer serive the store was dirty and had nothing I needed. I'm still in the parking lot and 4 vehicles have pulled up but unable to get in because the cashier locked the door that's really a shame. I'll be taking my business elsewhere with better customer service and true posted hours.
