Very polite and kind staff, I thought something was wrong with my brakes, I brought it in, they did a thorough check and determined that the sound was probably something caught in my brakes but that they all looked fine now. They could have taken me to the cleaners but they were very upfront and honest. I will definitely be back!

I've always been a customer with Firestone since the 1980s when there was a store near Erieview Plaza, Cleveland, Ohio. I could drop my car (my Mustang, my baby) off in the morning, go to work and it would be ready when I got off in the evening. Never a problem. It just so happens, this time my normal mechanic whose shop is on the Westside was too busy to service my Jag (my new-to-me baby). I'm sure you know Jaguar no longer services its older model Jags. I did a google search and found this Firestone, not too far from my home. I was ecstatic to do business again with a company I trust! They took me in same day and got me back up in no time. Extremely pleased. Jeremy and Chris are the utmost professionals.

First and foremost if I could leave no stars I would. Anthony was very rude, racially profiled me, attitude was nasty. My car was supposed of Been tooken care of at 9am it’s been there since 8:37am. I had made a claim with my warranty, he also told me he was going to call and make one as well. 11:30 I was told my car would be next for a diagnostic test. I got off work expecting my car to be ready, it was not he told me to pick it up tomorrow. I asked was the claim filed he said no. So I headed up to Firestone, So I can have a in person conversation. He was nothing but rude, walked away while I was talking to him. Went and got my keys and said “my boss said you have to go somewhere else to get your car fixed”. I was going to do that anyhow just off the strength that his attitude was terrible. I asked to speak to his boss he ignored me and started playing on the computer. I feel if I was a man I would have never gotten treated in that manner. He has no customer services skills. A claim could have got filed, but instead I got told come tomorrow. Can’t get the rental using my warranty without that! Today was a wasted day. I would recommend this Firestone to absolutely no one.

I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment today for radiator flush.
After giving some symptoms the genius at the counter refused to even look at the car Based on what I told him he claims now it has known issues.
I thought he was joking. I asked him: "Are You serious?" Now I've done this a couple times before at different places with no problems.
I even offered to add a disclaimer to the work order to be signed absolving them from any liability.
But he relished in the fact that in his mind he was a known expert on diagnosing a situation without even looking at it.
I had a bad feeling just walking into the store as I noticed the lady who was just leaving the counter had an unhappy look on her face.

Still here at 10:39..
Arrived at 8:00am for purchase and installation of 2 rear tires.. at 9:15 they drove car to bay. At 10:15 they removed the old tires. 10:30 approximately they checked alignment.. I’m out at 10:45. So I’ll say it is not the most efficient place to get tires
