My appointment was at 11:00am it was another customer there for the same appointment the lady like how she have 2 appointments at 11 I don’t know lady then she took her first witch means I had to sit a hour and half until she was done she was slow as hell ughh then to give me only 300 dollars and i usally get 1,000 then says in January I’ll get 500 no thank you wish I didn’t take the 300 because I want be filing my taxes with y’all in January because it was a waste of of my time time 2 hours waisted so I’ll be filing my owe taxes and keeping my 500 filing fee

Very high fees that they do not disclose until after service is complete. Took my entire state check. Will not return nor refer.

I was in and out in 30 mins. I transferred from H&R Block a few years ago, due to bad customer service and never had a problem since. The appointments are flexible and fill up fast, so go get in now!!

Burrell Gipson has been my tax preparer for the past 4-5 years and I haven't had any problems. Everyone is so professional and nice. I've been going to Jackson Hewitt for at least 10 years if not longer.
