Affordable items to choose from, especially as a tourist. It’s an alternative from Dollar General. Very efficient. Also, the experience was amazing and the cashiers were friendly. For all my last-minute needs, I’ll definitely come back to this store.

Poor customer service today. Clerk was waiting on last customer before her break I assume since it was close to 3pm when I arrived. I was asking a question was rudely cut off advised to go to different line for return. Too much Negative energy. This was at the Northfield Rd Warrensville Hts store

Store was clean and organized. The lines were long , but moved fast. The only thing I had to complain about was the cashier licking her fingers everytime she had to open a bag. I wonder did she know how nasty that actually is. It's like putting her spit all over the the customers merchandise. She had to handle money and merchandise . The germs that lady put into her mouth and her germs she passed along to the customers was unbelievable. Her spit was on my bags when I touched them 😩 . Why doesn't the store supply the cashier's with some kind of product to moisten there fingers so that they can open the bags without putting there saliva on the bags and the customers merchandise . 🥺😩

The staff is friendly and the store is stocked. They could use more employees to help, it seems like there’s only 2 people in that giant store.

Love shopping here, one cashier greets you from her register saying welcome to roses to everyone that comes thru the door, it makes you feel welcome.

Please change online times. Rode across town only to find at 6pm they were closed on a Sunday and online and website it says 8pm... The way gas prices are nobody has time to waste it.

They have a lot of household items and toys.Customer service is great during the day but it sucks in the evening because there always seems to be one line open in the evenings and the cashiers disappear ?

To find some cool deals and bang for your buck I suggest looking here. Even though the products are cheaply made they have great value. They have everything from kitchen appliances to vacuum cleaners. It's like in my opinion going into a upscale Dollar General or Dollar Tree. The employees are sometimes friendly and willing to help. I guess you're wondering why I gave it 3 stars if I find it so interesting. I would give it 5 but sometimes the store can be a bit messy and sometimes you can get a product that's been opened and not recognize it. Other than that great store.
