“My light indicator came on showing that I had a flat tire. It was an emergency so I went to the nearest auto repair center. Thank God they were open on Sundays. I was super freaked out bc I couldn’t afford a new tire this month. Kenny told me that I didn’t need a new tire I just needed a repair. I liked that he didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need. I was in and out in 30 minutes.

“Thank you, NTB, for the excellent service today! I walked in feeling stressed after being told by my dealership that the slow leak in one of my tires couldn’t be patched and that I would need to replace not just one, but two tires - with a quote for several hundred dollars.
I decided to get a second opinion at NTB, and I’m so glad I did. They took a look and told me the tire could be patched, and the repair would cost me less than $50.
I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. As someone who knows very little about cars, it would have been easy to simply agree with the dealership and sell me two new tires, but they didn’t. Instead, they were honest about what I actually needed and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process.

“Firstly, Google got the hours wrong, it didn't open until 9am. The first mechanic in spoke almost no English. He diagnosed the issue in almost no time. The car had been overheating and losing fluid. A bad water pump. Yuck. The mechanic quoted me $500. In and out. I left the car and it was ready in around two hours. It drove like a dream when I picked it up and it's still behaving. I appreciated the no nonsense approach and the no frills upfront pricing. I will use Moe's again and again. And so should you.”

“They worked hard to find my uncommon size tire for BMW 335i super sport coupe, with its performance mods I had experts on LA put 235/35 ZR19 on front(255 on back), I only needed to replace one front tire, the sales man tried to convince me to return to mfg rated tires which meant buying a full 2-4 set at $300 per tire…. I said “no no no…” stood my ground and they quickly obtained and obliged me with the tire I asked for… :) now my pony & I are “🎶 on the road again..””

“Great group of guys. Always a great experience. I took my car to Serpentini North Olmsted where I purchased to get fixed 4 times and they couldn't figure out the problem. Rad Air fixed it the first time. Serpentini spent over 5k trying to figure out what was causing false codes to keep popping up like auto start/stop, engine, etc. I kept asking about the battery and they assured me it was okay. Rad Air found 2 loose wires and fixed the problem.”

“Hello guys, I believe this was my first time visiting Gibson. I was on my way to work about to get on the freeway when someone motioned to me that my tire was flat. I put air in it and made it to work, but it started going flat again. I took it to take 5 oil change and after changing my oil they said it was hard to put air in the tire that I probably needed a new wheel or rim seal. That wasn’t the case there was a tube in the tire that was leaking and so it needed to be patched. It was very hard to get my tire off. I was so grateful when they did. I also needed four new lug nuts. My total was 50 bucks at first. I thought it was a little extreme just for patching, but because it was so hard getting my tire off and it was raining. I thought it was worth it plus the customer service was really good.”
“Excellent and professional service along with competitive pricing. This is my 5th set of tires from them over the past 6 years (4 different vehicles). During my most recent visit, there was a delay in arrival of my tires (from a different store) but I was already there for my scheduled appointment, the Manager (Derek) not only apologized to me twice but also gave me a appreciable discount as an apologetic gesture. I will be back in November for another set for a different vehicle.”
“I just had some routine maintenance done at Terry's and I will be back with my truck the next time I have an issue. The guys are kind, clean, well-mannered, and not pushy. I was able to have someone pick me up but if I needed to hang out there for a few hours, I would have felt comfortable doing so. “This place is so good! They could have taken my money and given me two tires for the back of my car. Instead the guy told me the tread is really good on all your tires still let me take a look at the tire and see what's going on with it. It is a rim leak and a valve stem leak. 30 bucks to fix both instead of having to buy new tires! You don't often find that kind of honesty anymore unfortunately, but these guys are and are much appreciated for it! Thanks Cleveland Tire and Wheel!”
