“Just went over to compass storage to take a look and it’s the most organized clean facility I’ve been in. It’s so easy to use the people here are amazing and they got me in and out in literally minutes so this was a very very refreshing experience compared to all the other storage places I’ve been to.”
“For Paul
Had a great experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Paul! He was extremely helpful, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, made everything easy, and went above and beyond to assist me. Great customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this location!”
“Kendell was great. Getting the unit was quick, easy, and ready for me to pick up the keys immediately. He also helped me install the lock on the new storage unit.”
“Brittany is always responsive and helpful.
I also appreciate the cleanliness and easy access to my unit.
I handle everything remotely with my phone, doors lock behind me so I feel safe In the evening if I’m there at night.”
“Compass Self Storage is a very clean, well maintained storage facility. Not only do I love the facility but Ravann always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of! Great personality and always has a smile when helping. I would 100% recommend renting here!”
“I’ve rented equipment from them five times already every time to make the process easier and easier. I’m a contractor in the area with limited time. I opened an account with them. I called them up. Tell them what I need and then I have my workers go and pick up the equipment and drop it off. They really make the process easy. They’re all very nice and accommodating, especially David. Thank you guys so much Will definitely be back for more”
“Peace and Blessings To You
The mechanic Tyler the Great absolutely is a working machine. He knew exactly what to do and even fixed it in the rain. Now that is somebody who makes a lazy man look real bad. He knew his stuff. Thank You Tyler. He is most definitely one of the best.”

“I just love the management, Gwendolyn has very exceptional customer service. Very patient very kind. I just like to thank her and let her know that Mrs. Dove Johnson said thank you so much. I really appreciate her.”
“The guys are usually pretty quick they do a good job. Their boss told them if he catches them throwing snowball they're fired good luck trying to find someone to replace them nobody wants to work you're lucky to have the guys working for you now but do be nice to them give them a pizza party and say thanks for showing up fellas yeah”
“Although, I’ve never used their trucking services, (and from what I’m reading they’re pretty solid! Not that I doubted that anyway haha) I do go to this location for their Amazon pickup! So convenient and the staff is always super friendly! Not sure what the guys name is who sits at the front (and always unlocks the door for me) but thanks so much for always showing such good customer service, man! Much appreciated! I’m sure I’ll be back soon haha”
“I received a car wash from there and by the far the most detailed car wash I have ever received. I will literally drive 20 plus miles for this car wash and the men work so hard, they're eye candy too. Lol”
“The best Uhaul rental property ,also best storage in Cleveland area. Highly recommend. Always clean and knowledgeable about the rentals. They also store your vantage vehicles. Tell Rick, I sent you.”
“Great company for truck rentals! I’ve rented from them multiple times, and every experience has been excellent. The trucks are always in great technical condition, clean, and ready to hit the road. The rental terms are transparent, with no hidden fees, and the prices are among the best on the market.
I especially appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the team — they are always ready to help, quickly resolve any issues, and provide valuable advice. The paperwork process is fast and hassle-free.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable truck rentals!”
“Great service. Helpful staff at facility and through the Uhaul company. I had issues renting the truck (tried 3 times and app kept stalling out). Finally secured truck after logging onto the app with a user account and better WiFi signal. Overall 5 star experience.”
“Churneys bodyworks has been repairing truck fleets and owner operators for 42 years. They do professional repairs and guaranty all repairs. They are a one stop shop and offer truck collision repair class 4 to 8 mechanicalservices. Van body repairs from rollup doors and roofs to complete modifications. Truck bodies and equipment. Frame repairs and alignments. Great company great service .”
“Mike & crew made us feel confident that our issue would be taken care of and it was. We had an issue with the wiring on our trailer hitch & Mike had it taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend U-Haul at Chester for trailer hitch install. They stand behind their work & are very easy to work with.”
“Honestly, this was the best U-Haul experience I’ve had! It was very snowy outside and they had already cleaned off the van, plus had it pre-started and all warmed up for me! Fantastic customer service! I would highly highly recommend this location specifically to anybody else”
“Had a hitch installed this morning. I haven’t used it yet but I want to give a shout out to Melba who was working the desk. She was friendly and courteous and efficiently helping several customers at once.”
“Had a nice Volvo to drive for a few days. Ran good pulled good and thank God all of that lane departure and radar crap was turned off. Only real complaints I have was poor maintenance on the truck. Lost the left front bumper going down the road. The skirting one the right fuel tank was loose. Tied it on with some twine. The two vents on the right dash were falling out. Check engine light came on a few times. Other than that nice truck. Shop needs to do better job in checking out their equipment.”

“We've been delivering new units to this place for years. All weather all circumstances and honestly this is one of our favorites to take trucks to. Always friendly folks who never keep you waiting. A smaller place with a big smile. The manager and an employee even washed our incredibly road salted car to help us get on our way. Very much appreciated. Very much.”
“Fast service, made moving smooth and easy. I also ordered movers who were exceptional in the service they provided, they moved super quick. Made this move great! Thanks to those 2 young men.”
“The agent was kind and efficient. I was late and he was empathetic and allowed me to still rent. The process was fast and easy due to recommended reservation. Great Experience”
