Celina did her thangy thang and I am so grateful. Being a curly girl our worse nightmare is the salon. We never know what we are going to walk out with. Not today!! I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. From the desk to the seat was pleasant experience. I appreciate Celina talking over what i wanted and having a plan before diving in. Celina is such a sweetheart she made me feel comfortable and I left rockin curls. Thank you so much ♡♡ I'll be back

Got my first curly cut here and IM IN LOVE !! Chelsea is *chefs kiss.* The whole ambiance of the salon was so pleasant ! Everyone is so nice! The energy was welcoming and the women are truly working from their hearts not just their hands. I will be coming back! This is my new favorite salon. If you are a curly girly looking for someone who specializes in curly hair The Point Salon is it.

Don't go for vivid colors. They don't have the experience to know it's a similar process to being blonde

My new salon and spa! It's beautiful inside, the staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I had my Brazilian Blowout by Andrea. I am SO happy. I have naturally medium curly hair. I love my curls but not what the humidity does to them! My hair is gorgeous and smooth and healthy. I got a nice healthy inch cut off, and I'm good to go! Thanks, Andrea!

I had an amazing experience with Andrea. She made me feel so comfortable, was extremely polite and did such a fantastic job with my hair. I was very nervous about getting my haircut and she made me feel so relaxed and I walked out of the salon feeling so beautiful! I will definitely be backService: Haircut

They quoted me $418 for full head of highlights and trim! I have very thin, shoulder-length hair. Just Google how much highlights should be and average is $100-$150. Not sure who in their right mind would overpay for such a basic service.

I’m finally ready to share my review of the salon. I really thought that this was going to be a place I called home. I visited on November 13, 2021 to get a touch up balayage, less blonde in the front and a haircut. The last time I had color on my hair was July 2021, minus several foils in the front as a “statement piece” in September 2021. The front part of my hair had a little bit of damage but the rest of my hair was perfectly fine. In fact, I’ve never experienced breakage on my main hair before. To be safe since the front of my hair may of been fragile, I included the olaplex which is supposed to prevent breakage and protect the hair for an additional $30.00. I was initially quoted $350.00 (which included a $20.00 discount), I asked for them to remove the haircut (I was shocked by the price, I’ve never paid more than $220.00 which included a haircut). When they removed the hair cut, it brought it down to $310.00…this is without the haircut and did not yet include the tip, so I actually ended up spending much more once the tip was added. I really wanted a hair cut, but didn’t want to not leave an appropriate tip, so I decided to just go without. I left feeling mostly happy about my hair, the part I wasn’t fully happy with was my blonde statement piece in the front was partially orange, but with a little help with my purple shampoo, I knew I could work on it. A few days went by and I noticed my hair falling out…but not from the root, it was breaking about 1-2 inches from my root. Keep in mind I hadn’t touched it since I went to the salon (not washed, pulled up in a pony or heat). I could hear it snapping off when I moved it around and could start to see significant damage. As days went by it got worse….the first time I washed it, I brushed very gently and had a lot come out. The second time I washed it 5 days later I cried and immediately contacted the lady that did my hair. She told me to be very careful and gave me some recommendations that I was already doing (no heat, minimal washing, wet brush, no pony tails, masks, etc.). I wear a satin hairnet to bed and sleep with a satin pillow case, and take vitamins/collagen daily. I’m constantly worrying about my hair breaking. I’m embarrassed. I paid so much for my hair and I can’t even enjoy it. I wanted to wait to write this review in hopes that it would get better but every day that goes by it is getting worse. I understand this can happen with hair when it has too much color but I’ve never had this happen and like I said didn’t have color since July of 2020 and even then it wasn’t much. When I leave my house I wear a winter hat because I’m embarrassed. I can’t even style my hair because I can’t use heat since it’s too fragile. Not to mention I spent 210$ in products to try to prevent more damage from happening. My “chemical cut” as the internet put it is not what I had in mind when I went to the salon. I don’t know what to do at this point. I’m going to attach pictures to show the current damage but pictures do not even do justice for how bad it looks in person. I don’t even want to look in the mirror.
I’m honestly really disappointed in everything. I really hate to even have to leave this review, which is why I decided to wait until now. I feel like I really connected with my hair stylist whose name I would like to leave off of here. She was sweet and kind. I just wish the results didn’t result in my hair being ruined.

Owner was very rude over the phone. Not customer service oriented at all. Would not recommend this salon.

I needed to get a pedicure done before going on vacation and was able to get one scheduled with Marissa. My initial appointment was at 6:45, but was called and said she was available earlier so I was able to get in around 6:15, which was nice! She did an amazing job with my pedicure, and I will definitely be back!

I take my cousins wife for her hair color and cut. The stylist at Arz are always very nice and her hair always looks great when she is done. My cousins wife really likes to go there, she feels very pampered.

I came in for a haircut only. It cost me 75$ plus a tip and I left with an uneven haircut. The stylist did not show me the back of my hair when the service was done. Once I got home and looked at the back of my hair I knew why she didn’t want to show me. I had to go elsewhere to have it fix the right way. Way too over price for very low quality service.Service: Haircut
