My husbands health declined and it was great that they could understand that and fit me in as soon as they did. The crew was great to work with. They had knowledge as to the value of what thing were worth. They worked really hard to set things up. They came back the next day for people that needed to come back for pick up . I highly recommend them. I will use them again if I find more things that I don't need when I sell my house and find another.

Auctions Plus is one the best auction houses I have been to! Warner and his crew are very friendly and honest. They give you a chance to try out an item 1st to make sure they work. Plus they are upfront and honest about items before they go up for auction! Everyone there treats you like family!

I have had the pleasure to work with Auctions Plus, specifically Warner and his mother. I am administering an estate and needed help with liquidation of assets in storage units. I am from out of town so needed help with facilitating that while away. Warner came out to meet me to look at the units and give advice on the best way to sell the property even before a contract was signed. He clearly outlined what he could do and how they could do it. There was a tight timeline for things to be moved out and even with other things going on, I was made a priority to have my deadlines met. After leaving there has been constant communication and updates. The auction has not yet occurred, but so far I am very impressed with using Auctions + Plus, Inc. and their communication and attentiveness to my needs as a client.

Had high hopes with everything we read online, so we went in person to check this business out. Went during the week so we were the only ones there. Some guy sat in a corner on his phone the whole time. We walked the whole building waiting to speak with someone and get information on how it all works (we have estate items we are looking to sell). Once we realized this guy was not going to hang up his phone and help us we opted to leave. As we are walking out the door he yelled "we have an auction Sunday morning at 11:00". Thanks but I am a first impression kind of person and ignoring us and talking on your phone was rude to me.I do need to verify it did not sound like a business call, more of a personal call.

Used to be a fun place a couple of years ago. Auctions were amazing. Lots of different items to bid on. Now it is all returns that are junk. Missing parts or pieces. Broken items. Not even worth trying to repair. So most of the items that they are selling go in the trash. That’s why I have stopped going.
