usually buy vapes from here and never had a bad experience but took one home and it was dead. just spent $22 and was told i could bring it back up and replace it and then when i called again before i came was told by a different person that it’s not allowed and i should’ve tried it in store. had i known that i would’ve. moral of the story don’t buy their vapes and if you do try them in store! i get why they can’t just take every vape back but if i was told i could then it shouldn’t be a different story another day

I’ve been going to this BP for 18 years. The store is always clean and Bella and Lynn in the morning are awesome. I’ve know Bella for 7 years. Always a fun time to start the day. Highly recommend this store. I should have bought stock in it for all the money I’ve spent there over the years!

I can't believe this BP is still in business. They are always more expensive than everyone else. Only the dumb and those who use their parent's charge card that don't care fill up here.

Don’t usually put reviews, but this AM staff is incredible. The women working there are fun and on top of things. The store is clean, the coffee is strong, and the restroom is sparkling clean. I am impressed. Great job!

The place smelled so clean!!! Isabella was quick to greet me and had freshly mopped. The pumps looked to all be working as well. Great place to stop before road trips to gas up. Vroom vroom.

Went to get gas this morning and saw clearly a sign posted on the windows masks are required, so explain to me why a gentleman customer walked into the store without a mask, AND the male cashier did not have one on either? While sitting pumping gas I saw several customers walk in with no mask?? Apparently everyone knows this is a place they can go and not wear one? Your website states safety is your first priority, yet your employees do not have the same priority. Whether one believes in mask wearing or not, it is the Ohio order at this time, and businesses are supposed to be keeping both employees and customers safe. Will not patron this station again.

?️ I decided smoke plant and I then realized I was stranded and the city kind unfriendly. I walked in gas station I said I need park me car a few hours I'm waiting get money gas. She says that's fine.I went back in to say I'm gonna go mcdonald's be right back she gave me money asked me get her a fish sandwich and something else. I came back her change and fish sandwich. I proceded to stay there long time. I felt so happy then police showed up asked me move another parking area while I'm waiting. I thought perhaps she called to see if I'll get arrested because maybe feelings were mutual. What a woman. ?

Female cashier refuses to wear mask. Selfish and unsafe. I will not shop somewhere that employs someone so ignorant.

Closed bathrooms would be the reason forYour 1 star ⭐️ If we are good enough to buy your products we are good enough to use your restrooms. Open them up for your customers it’s the right thing to do.

If you want to learn how to run a business into the ground, look no further. Facility appears to have zero money reinvested into itself. Card readers often don't work, receipts don't print, can't get a car wash from the pump, car wash is often not in service in the winter, etc. The only reason this place gets my money is because of my reward card. If you want to see how to run a business right, go across the street or visit a BP in Westlake.

This place is a dump. Everytime I go there, the card readers or receipt printers are not working at the pumps. The workers there always blame the temperatures. I only believed that the first time and 30 degrees is not that cold and I never have these problems elsewhere. Issues even happen in the summer. The worst maintained station I have been to. I don't go there much anymore because if you cannot maintain your pumps, I question fuel quality.

Call to see if the car wash works and the response you will get is "I don't know." I drive around to see if the wash has the "out of service" barricade up, nope. They will gladly take your $ at the pump only to find the screen on the wash shows "out of order!" AWESOME!

At least once a week all the pumps are out of order when I try to get gas before work. Ridiculous honestly...and then I get stuck in bs traffic trying to get over to sheetz
