Great experience at Caliber, made it very easy to set up appointments, got me helpful information as it was my first time dealing with an insurance repair, and were incredibly friendly and kind. The work they did was nothing shy of amazing, I've shown people where i got hit and none of them could tell it happened. I bought my car used and it came back to me looking nicer than when I bought it! If you need auto work done, come here.

I chose this repair shop because of the 5.0 out of 5 star rating being so unusual. Repair was on time. I received regular updates by text through the repair which was extensive. Vehicle was detailed at time of return. Company made a point for the same technician that received the damaged vehicle to be present at its return for any questions I might have. I am delighted with this service. The 5.0 out of 5 star rating is LEGIT. You will not be disappointed by any association with this business.

After my parked car was severely hit in a hit-and-run, I was overwhelmed with stress, confusion, and frustration—especially since the person responsible didn’t leave a note. I started calling the list of repair shops my insurance provided, only to be met with endless voicemails, long wait times, and no clear answers. It felt hopeless.
Then, I called Caliber Collision in North Ridgeville, and everything changed. From the very first phone call, their calm, kind tone and reassurance made me feel like a huge weight had been lifted. They simply said, “Don’t worry—we’ll take care of everything,” and they meant it.
When I arrived for the estimate, they had already been in touch with my insurance company, documented every detail of the damage, and made the whole process seamless. I was able to get an appointment right away—no waiting weeks like everywhere else. When I dropped off my car, an Enterprise rental was ready and waiting at the shop—I didn’t even have to make a second stop.
The repair? Flawless. My car looked better than new. And their customer service? Outstanding. They walked me through everything, told me not to worry about a thing, and followed through on every promise. All I had to do at the end was pick up my beautifully repaired car and drop off the rental—at their location!
