“To previous comment: I understand as a customer it sounds so simple to just validate a $20 winning scratch-off. However, maybe this employee actually did not have the money in the lottery register at the time. As the lottery and regular registers are completely separate drawers. This person you speak of may not have access to the safe(s) where the lottery reserve is stored. As far as the cops being called, I have no idea on what happen cause I wasn't there. Finally, instead of lashing out, how about putting yourself in their shoes. What would you do if you have little to no money in a lottery register, no access to the lottery reserve, and a customer (lets say) that was being belligerent over a $20 scratch-off?”

“I'm happy to see this place has opened up, we need competition for gas stations around there.The store is neat and has basic snacks, drinks and, cigarettes; the young lady behind the counter was attentive and pleasant. Gas prices were on par with what you are going to expect anywhere nowadays; at the same time, Exxon does sell Top Their certified fuel.One thing I'd love to see in this store, is a decent selection of beer.”

“Jessica in the kitchen is the absolute best!!! She will see me coming looking for a specific cookie for my son and she will let me know if there is any or offer to make them. Today is my daughter's 16th birthday and she loves the pizza from here. We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 large orders of tenders and Jo Jo's. It was freash and ready right at 5om as requested. “I just wanted to pick up a quick 5 gallons for my lawn mower, so I checked clevelandgasprices.com, found snappy's to have the lowest price around and they were only a little further than other stations, but the others were all charging 10 to 15 cents more per gallon!The card reader on the pump that I drove up to was down, so I went inside to pay. I told the guy I just needed five gallons, he said 13 bucks, I paid him, and I was back out to my car.When the pump stopped at 5 gallons and my gas can was full, I looked up and saw that the price had rung up to $13.50. I didn't feel bad about leaving because the price on the pump was higher than the price posted up on the signboard, anyway.I'm definitely going to keep my eye on snappy's from now on!”

“Always clean was in earlier and got me some MTO and didn't get a drink i had something in the truck. Went back 2 hrs. later and got a slushee and the cashier said "don't worry we got that". I hope he was allowed to do that simply cause I spend my daily dollar at their stores and a free drink here and there keeps me coming back so to the owner you may want to grant this tool to your cashiers as a direct customer contact promotion. Anyone can get a deal on an app but a cashier able to make a customer want to come back and spend more money is worth a few slushees.”

“Butternut Corners Market is perfect for what it is - a little convenience store on the corner so you don't have to go all the way to the grocery for whatever you need. They have assorted cold drinks (pop, Gatorade, iced tea, energy drinks) and beer, sweet and salty snacks, a deli counter with premade hot/cold sandwiches, household items, grocery basics like milk, butter, cheese, bacon, ice cream, canned goods, even some household cleaning items and a small selection of vegetables. They have an ATM and lottery tickets. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I stop by at least once a week, usually in my pajamas or something crazy, and they never bat an eye. I can't think of anything I would change - maybe ask them to stock G2? Pretty minor. If you see a crazy lady running on no sleep in her pajamas, perhaps with a small child in tow, that's probably me. Feel free to say hi.”
