So now on three separate occasions, I have purchased something and they did not honor the advertise price. If you look online and Google Dollar General and the Attorney General for just this where they price goods and then when you go to the register, they hope you don’t catch that they’ve raised the price today. I caught the lady and she goes well. That’s just how our register works
I asked her to refund the money and I left when she said she could not honor the price that was on the shelf
First time I didn’t notice I paid more the second time. I stood there while they changed it to the right price and this time they said they wouldn’t do it.
Definitely shady. defintely look at the register and the receipt ohioattorneygeneral

A majority of the lights were off in the store. It was like shopping in the dark. This store does this all the time and I'm not sure why. Only one person was working. Between those in the store and the stock needing done, it was a hot mess in there. Dollar General is prone to working their employees under paid, over worked, and understaffed. And this specific location shows. Every time I visit, it's just a sad little store to me.

Maybe you guys need to hire more people so when the guy who works there actually has to do his job of ringing people out, he doesn't get an attitude. There's no way to let anyone know you're ready so you have to go through the store to find someone. When I finally did find him, he was stocking to shelves and was so rude to me because I let him know I was ready to check out and interrupted what he was doing. Am I to wait until you're done stocking to check out? Absolutely not. It's not the customers fault you're stressed out or over worked. My husband owns a business and there is no way in HELL we would ever treat a customer that poorly. That man either needs to be nicer, or quit.

It shows $6.95 for tide pods on the shelf but that's apparently only if you purchase one. If you buy more you somehow only get the deal on the first one and the rest are $9.95. This store is false advertising. They do things differently than anywhere else and its done purposely to confuse you. Look them up, they're robbing people daily. If they steal a little bit from every customer and have a million customers a day they can easily make 3-400 million a year just off stealing $1 from each customer. They got me for $12 again today. I'll never shop here again.

Assistant manager if that's what you call him is rude and obnoxious. The cashiers are very friendly and helpful. Always has a nasty attitude. And that laugh? Like nails on a chalkboard! What's with the dreads? Do your self a favor and tie them up. Very unprofessional.
