How about this: I didn't even buy anything from them! I purchased a product that they are an authorized dealer for but was missing pieces. Pam went out of her way to contact the manufacturer for ME, a non customer, and ordered my parts for me!If I wasn't a customer before, I will always be one now! Thank you!
