Was in for a long delay to get the job started but worth the wait! I finally got the chair in the shop on a Monday and picked it up Friday morning. Great job! I was able to pick out the firmness and thickness of the cushion. I'm an old guy, but my remaining years are gonna' be in a fine rocker.

The woman who had answered the phone and explained to me my options was very pleasant. We're going to give them a try on replacing our couch cushions with a better firm cushions.
