We stopped for a quick bathroom break and the women's restroom was horrid! There were no doors on any of the regular stalls. The handicap stall had a door but the toilet was filled with poop. It looked like someone tried to plunge it with the cleaning brush and then just left the mess.
There were no signs about it being under construction, etc. Just missing doors.

This location is super unkempt and dirty.
From the moment we drove up it was very noticeable. The ladies bathroom had 4 stalls and three stalls had no doors because they were broken. Men’s bathroom had puke in the urinalysis and per on the floor. How sad ?.

Love Sheetz, good gas, multiple choices of fuel, great selection of items for a gas station type place. MTO it was pretty good.

Upon several visits to refuel my vehicle I have noticed that the parking lot is in dire need of attention. The trash cans next to the fuel pumps are always overflowing with trash spilling onto the ground and the grassy area along the front of the lot along Lorain Road is overgrown with grass and weeds.

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband, daughter, and myself drove from Rocky River to here because of the flavor selection for slushies but as soon as we walked in I noticed how dirty the floors were then we walked over to the drink counter and there was an overwhelming smell of vomit! We immediately realized someone had thrown up in one of the trash cans, on the counter, and on the floor and no one had bothered to clean it! My husband had to go to a worker to tell someone to come clean it and while we were standing there waiting for them to clean it another worker walked past all the trash and mess and seemed completely unbothered by it like it was completely normal! On top of the vomit, there was trash all over the counters and the floors were absolutely filthy. There were also bags and trash all over the floor by the self checkout area! I will never be going back to this gas station again!

This is a great place for everything needed when you travel. Great experience super clean and the people who work there were very helpful and courteous. Keep up the Great work ?. We need them in Arizona

Good prices on fuel. Great place to grab a quick bite on a trip or your daily running around. Lots of tasty items on their menu!

For years they’ve had this issue and do nothing about it. On the exit facing McDonald’s, their drive has room for 3 lanes. One coming in, and two going out separate left and right. If sheets painted the parking lot like this they wouldn’t have the traffic issues that they have I’m so sick of this I am going to come up here in the middle of the night and paint it for them
