“Wendy could not have been more helpful with our trailer rental. A blown trailer light fuse made our experience a bit more “fun” but Wendy waited patiently as we ran to the auto store down the road. She was kind and understanding in a less than ideal situation.”

“Took 16ft truck from Ohio to Texas. Avg 10mpg. Truck was comfortable with good AC. Tires were good. Top speed set about 77 but you don't need to go faster in that kind of truck anyway. Just beware of that limit when passing other trucks or you'll upset the four-wheeler behind you. LOL. It will teach you to have patience with the big-rigs.”

“The gentleman at Landmark Distribution was very helpful. I ran into an issue where my lights weren't connecting properly and he was able to recommend some places locally where I may be able to get that fixed. Afterwards he made sure everything was squared away properly, both with the rental and with making sure the connection was safe and secure.”
“Don't worry U-Haul location, I'll give you a good review so maybe people can trust based on my experience here. Ever since the new drug mart opened way back when, I always wondered what was down in the dungeon below the parking lot? Well, I finally found out that it's a U-Haul and storage place. Who knew? While I did request the 10' truck, they ended up giving me a van as that was the only option in the area, but it still got the job done despite it taking a little longer than I was hoping since the 10' has obviously more space to accommodate. I was flexible. Service was good here overall, and didn't run into any issues. I do wish they did some cleaning in the back of the truck as it gets pretty dirty inside. Other than that, U-Haul is great and relatively cheap option for all your moving needs.”

He told me that he was in Pennsylvania, but his district manager would meet me at his store. They worked together and I was able to get the trailer that I needed. I have no need to rent from anyone else! Thanks for helping me on short notice! You're the best!”

“Whenever I am in town, I usually make it a point to stop here and grab some Crunk energy drinks.The store is usually clean, the employees are friendly and knowledgeable about items for sale.Gas is usually cheaper here by a few cents as opposed to other gas stations in the area.”

“I rented a van and it was new and had very nice features. I liked that it had a back up camera (though I didn't discover that until much later than I needed it). I liked that the odometer screen had the timer on how long I have rented the van. I wish the back of the van had a step top make it easier to get into the back, like the side has. The van was easy to drive and handled well. The gentleman at the Uhaul location was friendly. I like the app to check in the UHaul. I wish the app would allow me to select an image from my camera to upload, because my phone camera is damaged and can only take clear photos on .5, but the app doesn't allow me to change from a 1 to a .5. Therefore, I was not able to upload my drivers license beforehand and had to have the agent at the location scan it in for me.”
