It was a truly great experience from start to finish. The process of securing a unit was straightforward and stress-free, which made everything so much easier. Communication was clear and timely at every step, and I always felt well-informed about what to expect. Everyone I interacted with throughout the process was not only professional, but also courteous and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. Their professionalism, combined with the ease of the overall process, made the entire experience both seamless and enjoyable.

Assigned me a spot outdoors and I come to learn that there is a tree grown into it. They refused to issue me a refund or credit the money to another spot. I have there. Woman on the phone just made excuses and unloaded her problems on me. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional

Went from $50 per month to $150 for my trailer to sit in the gravel outdoors getting ruined from car pollution and gravel rot.

Very accommodating over the phone I couldn’t have asked for a better experience it was seamless. The instructions are very clear. The facility happened to be in the exact route that I will be taking so I was happy for that.

We were able to use valley storage for a month when we were moving in the area and having a unit near our house made the move much easier.

They don’t have managers on site. Everything is done through a call center. The gate broke and I couldn’t get in my unit for 2 days. They raised prices and I tried to contact manager to talk about locking in a lower rate. I called several times and they never called me. So I went somewhere else. Cubesmart. Way better customer service.
