“This morning at 9am I called for a set of 4 tires that I needed to put in my vehicle. They managed to get the tires delivered at the shop, provide the great service and be back on the road by noon. I got a nice deal purchasing the Sailun Atrezzo SH408 for my Honda CR-V AWD. They feel smoother, quieter ride, and nicer handling than the Bridgestone Ecopia that came from factory. It's 5 stars for the Northfield Tire team.”

“Thank you, NTB, for the excellent service today! I walked in feeling stressed after being told by my dealership that the slow leak in one of my tires couldn’t be patched and that I would need to replace not just one, but two tires - with a quote for several hundred dollars.
I decided to get a second opinion at NTB, and I’m so glad I did. They took a look and told me the tire could be patched, and the repair would cost me less than $50.
I truly appreciate their honesty and integrity. As someone who knows very little about cars, it would have been easy to simply agree with the dealership and sell me two new tires, but they didn’t. Instead, they were honest about what I actually needed and saved me hundreds of dollars in the process.

“My wife's 2026 Buick Enclave was having some electrical issues. I brought it to Spitzer, where the GM, Pete, met me to personally give me a loaner vehicle while they figured out what was going on with my wife's car. Pete handled the situation perfectly and very professionally. He helped my wife and me get our car fixed and gave us the loaner vehicle while they worked on our car. The whole staff was awesome. Andrew, the service manager, and Steve, the service tech, were great to work with. I have nothing but great things to say about the experience. I even got a stuffed dog toy (panda) for my daughter when I went to pick my fixed vehicle back up. Thank you guys so much; you're awesome and did a great job!”
