“We are from out of town and bought a car sight unseen they got it inspected and repaired in a little longer time then it took us to find and eat lunch so we didn't have to haul it back on a car hauler they were affordable and fast and they got ac so give them a try if your ever in their part of Cleveland Oh and we are from Muncie it's about five hours drive and they got us right when we needed it they also gave us a car fax and a print of issues commonly found with the car the lady at the counter Pam was very informative and professional with the help she provided us”

“Trusting, kind and friendly people. The whole time my dealer was telling me I needed synthetic oil. Finally decided to come here to see how much an oil change would be outside of a dealer and Yorktown brought to my attention, I could do conventional oil for my car. Saved me some money! They got that done with my tire rotation in an hour. Walked over to their attached gas station while they worked on my car and got their delicious fried chicken which was affordable, unlike everywhere else! Will be coming back for all my car needs, gas and CHICKEN LOL”

“Amazing! I had a broken exhaust (my car was loud!). I brought it to my normal repair shop, and they quoted $1,600. I called Affordable Muffler based on online recommendations to get a second opinion on an exhaust issue, and I spoke with John on the phone and discussed what was wrong based on the other shop's evaluation. John mentioned he was confident that he and his guys could do the repair for much less, given their experience and welding skills, and that they would replace only the broken areas. I brought the car in around noon. Less than 30 minutes later, he called back and quoted the repair would be $419. The car was done and ready to be picked up within 2 hours of my drop-off. Also got a warranty for the repair. I give the shop my strongest possible recommendation.”

It is exactly as I asked and looks and sounds better than I hoped for. DW was great to work with and went above and beyond to make my exhaust look fantastic, can’t recommend Bubbas enough!”
“As always Shaker Quality Auto Body provided excellent service and the body repairs they performed after I was hit by another driver are beautiful and make an older car look almost new again. Where they really stood out though was in dealing with the other driver's insurance company. A process that was drawn out and unnecessarily painful but they stayed committed to getting a resolution. Bill is the true hero of this story with all the time he spent chasing the insurance company. I would give 6 stars if I could!”

I appreciate how quickly they work. Unlike some shops that keep your car for several days, they get you in and out while providing a premium service that feels more like a dealership.
Mike is great at explaining what’s going on with your vehicle. Never feel like I’m being taken advantage of or sold something I don’t need. He’ll break down what’s wrong, what needs attention now, and what can safely wait until later. I ask alot of questions and he’s always honest and patient.
Christa is always pleasant and professional, making every visit a positive experience.
They helped me several times with my 2010 ford edge and now that I’ve recently purchased a newer Nissan Rogue, this will likely be the only shop I trust with it outside of the dealership 💯
People complaining about prices in the comments need to understand you get what you pay for. They do not “price gouge”, they charge accordingly. They’re going to give your vehicle a full inspection and do every repair the right way.
