I had a pickup order and was truly impressed with JOSH who loaded my bags into my car. What a polite young man, with the BEST work ethic! He told me he appreciates me being a regular customer because it’s the customers that enable him to keep his job! When was the last time we’ve heard that?!!! More young people should have his work ethic! Nice job to his parents as well! I hope management reads these comments! This was meant for the grocery store!

I would recommend you go get your boosters/flu shots elsewhere! Finally got an appointment and they couldn’t do flu shot at the same time due to their billing and they would have had to do two transactions- give me a break!

Not sure who runs this store but its by far the worst Giant Eagle I've been to. They are wayyyy understaffed and seem to only allow self checkout on 10 items or less. Get it together or lose customers!!!

All the Pharmacy staff are wonderful. It’s a very busy pharmacy, and yet staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a simple question, would have taken max 30 secs to answer. Instead, I was ignored for 5 mins while I stood there patiently. No acknowledgement either. Of-course you're busy, but a simple "I'll be right with you" goes a long way. Drove 2 minutes down the street to CVS, got my question answered and bought what I needed from them.
