The lines to checkout are outrageous. I waited for 35 minutes while only 2 self checkouts we open and only 3 registers were open. I won't be back. In addition the store is outdated and dirty.

Cashiers are SLOW and passively rude. The last elderly cashier, no name tag, proceeded to throw all of my groceries into the bagging area. I bagged them myself.

Very rude self checkout attendant. It isn’t my fault that there’s only 2 self checkout lanes in this store and the 15 items or less sign is mostly hidden from plain view.

A couple weeks before Christmas 2024, I ordered 5 dozen Blue Point oysters that I was to pick up a few days before Christmas Day. Ralphette, the lady who took my order, called me when my order arrived at the store to tell me that there were only a half dozen Blue Points and the rest of the 5 dozen were a much smaller Chesapeake Bay product. She sounded so forlorn and apologetic that I kept her message on my phone and vowed to respond to her and thank her. Well, toay four months later, we finally relived the episode and I thanked her. How many employees would go to the lengths she did? To the store man,manager...Ralphette in the Sea Food department is a WINNER!

I absolutely love this store! The employees are THE BEST. I am always greeted by name, with a smile, and when I need help from an employee who doesn't know me they are just as friendly as the ones who do!
The prices are comparable to everywhere else, but with the added benefit of FREE GASOLINE. I have a family of five and unfortunately our grocery bill has skyrocketed to about $750/month. It hurts my wallet, but there is joy when I go to the Get-Go and never pay for gas. Honestly in the past five years I've probably paid less than $250 TOTAL for all my tanks! You cannot beat the myperks system.
Plus they give you personalized coupons (mailed and digital), extra bonus perks all the time for random stuff, free gifts here and there, and so on.
