I wish I could give this store zero stars, last time I went this older worker with glasses slammed on the fitting room door and screamed “GET OUT OF THERE YOU CANNOT TAKE CARTS IN THERE”. I would not have taken the cart into the fitting room if I had seen a sign. Then when I finished trying things on she just followed and stared at me until she eventually checked me out…which was so awkward after all of that. I only live one minute away from this location but I will only go to twinsburg from now on, the people there are so friendly.

The outrageously high prices are comical. They are also rude and trash talk customers. I stopped shopping here months ago. Shame.

If I could give them no stars I would!!!
Staff is rude and they assume everyone is stealing!! Bought a picture from them last year of dogs playing poker ,couldn't ride home with it cuz I had my motorcycle . went back a day later just to find my purchased picture was marked up five times the original amount I paid for it and put back on the floor being told I could have a refund that they weren't giving me my picture due to the fact I didn't come back to get it in time...these people are crooks!!! 😡

Clothes aren't sorted. Pricing is ridiculous. Don't round up. Rounding up just goes to the pockets of the top people running Goodwill by way of tax write offs.

The lady stocking the DVDs today made my day. It so rare to find someone that kind nowadays. It also happened to be her birthday. What a wonderful worker you have there I do pray she gets a wonderful gift from the goodwill corporation!

Went to Twinsburg first and had a bad experience. The employees walked around taking turns loudly yelling “the store closes in 20 minutes”. They continued every 5 minutes until closing.
Very unprofessional and anti-customer friendly. There’s no need to hound people like that.
So I can go Northfield and had a worse experience. The very elderly lady behind the counter was extremely rude to the gentleman in front of me and then also me. I asked her if she knew what day the color yellow was going to be half off. She made faces at me and said everything short of calling me stupid.

I've shopped here for 3 plus years, and managers are rude and disrespectful. They talk stuff about other employees all the time. They have poor communication skills. Clothes are all over the place. It's only one line open and mangers be mad when they have to come up front. Half the time, the managers and employees are on the side or back of the building. I have email headquarters. Bout all the problems I've been dealing with. No email back at all. I have even had my own mother tell me the managers at this location have hassled her. And made smart. Comments while she was shopping or in line. How do you come to work just to bully the older people ? sad
On another side note, please stop donating dirty clothes that's just plan nasty!

cashier was super sweeet but the manager has a nasty attitude and needs to fix the way she talks to customers because there’s no way in hell i’d talk to customers like that if i had a position like her!! she needs to fix that attitude!!!

This place is extremely frustrating. Your inventory is great but your hours are constantly changing lately. Before you were open later and I could come by after work and now you close at 6 now you don’t open till 10 when everyone else opens at 8. I like to come before the rush and now I can’t shop here at all. Please get more help.
