“OTF Macedonia is awesome! The front desk staff and coaches made me and my family (who were nervous first timers!) feel SO welcomed snd comfortable. The energy in the place is SO high, the relative I went with said he couldn’t stop smiling the whole time. The work out was AWESOME and the coach came around and helped correct form and push us to challenge ourselves. “Joining OTF is for sure one of the best things I did for myself! You’re motivated by the coaches. OTF makes workout fun for you, by changing up workout everyday and using heart rate monitors. The studio is clean and cool. The staffs are friendly. I forgot my personal items in the studio a few times. They always help me put them away and even remember to return them after I forgot?”

“This place changed my life. It's extremely down-to-earth and friendly. The staff will recognize you and greet you, and no one is too "intense" or pushy. I was able to create a daily workout habit in this calm, kind environment, which assisted in a 30 lb weight loss. I also took up yoga here which resulted in a multitude of positive life changes. And they have a dry sauna which is a total dream in the winter months. It's not too crowded, it's usually pretty quiet. I can't really say enough positive things about Fitness Works... truly a hidden gem.”

“I toured this place last weekend. They have many amenities to make anyone happy here. Good price, great locker room, many workout options. Facilities are great. I noticed that you can get a discount for Les Mills On Demand. My only wish for this place is to have more GX classes and ones that intense for highly active people. This would be perfect to get some Les Mills trainers into!”

“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.”

You always feel familiar because everything is always the same equipment no matter which studio you book. The Hudson location felt like home to me. Coach Taylor was great! If you like a trainer that is authentic, can provide great real life examples of fitness and diet, and genuinely cares about your well being, then Adam at Fitness Revolution is your guy. I also appreciate that Adam is a fitness buff, not a meat head. Our high intensity training sessions kick our butts in the best possible of ways, but never feel "routine." I'm also a fan of Adam's presence on social media, in that he is constantly posting videos of fitness routines, his take on diet, and even his series of videos on how to maintain fitness levels when traveling are soooo helpful.”
