“I somehow managed to fall head over heels for a bargain-bin ring from Temu. The problem? The band would eventually tarnish, so I’d toss it, order the exact same one, and pretend that was a perfectly normal life choice.
Thankfully, I found Ramiro at Finesse! They took my “diamond in the rough” (okay… more like “Temu treasure”) and recreated it in solid gold. Now I get to wear the ring I love without treating it like a subscription service.

They were able to show me a 3-D rendering before I ordered, then once the order was placed it was ready before the estimated date. They were very kind and efficient throughout the whole process. “The owner Tim is very personable, who worked with us to find the perfect set of rings for our wedding. He does not maintain a large inventory, instead, we worked through catalogs and found several items which he quickly got in so we could see, touch and then happily selected! He helped us to select the perfect diamonds for her ring and he handled the sizing and engraving perfectly. No, our rings were not in the store to start with, but our getting so much personalized service came with a price - a price lower than what we had found with other jewelers who might maintain a large selection of mostly unattractive items... A price that meant we were guaranteed to be happy and well cared for. We started as customers and have become friends - we have returned already for other items and will continue to patronize this store for the future!”

I first called and Jess assisted me over the phone, checking on availability for 6 different necklaces and setting them aside for me. Only for me to get there and find out that I needed completely different necklaces. Christine and Jess helped me get all of the new necklaces with birthstones, which was getting very confusing! They never wavered in their helpfulness and kindness, they helped swap things back and forth as I messed up multiple times! After, they helped gift wrap each necklace and set me up an account, with the help of Faye. This was my first Kendra Scott experience and I will now be a lifelong customer because of this amazing and one of a kind treatment. Thank you ladies!!”
