On 11-4-24, I took my wife’s 2017 Cruze to Northfield Collision to get a quote on a very long scratch from partially on the front fender, across the driver door and extended partially in rear Fender that a lady hit with a big SUV in a parking lot.
I tried to rub it out to no avail but took it to this body shop and a gentlemen came out took a look, got a buffer and to my amazement removed all the scratch like nothing happened. I can’t tell you how ecstatic my wife was to see a miracle performed. I feel bad I didn’t get your name but you made both our day and we both wanted to thank you for a great job. We have taking our car there in the past and was very satisfied and highly recommend them.. They are honest to deal with.

Great service from beginning to end. I was rear ended and they were one of the recommended collision shops with State Farm. They took care of all the insurance stuff. My vehicle was repaired in the time they told me. It looks brand new. I highly recommend this shop!

Absolutely fantastic job. The body work done made my car look brand new. I dropped my car off Monday morning. They said my car would be done by Friday. Called me Tuesday and gave an update. Called Thursday and said it was ready. Excellent turn around.
My visit was the result of an accident so I was a little more than irritated I had to take the time have the work done. They were beyond patient with my frustration and explained the work in detail.
We have a truck needing a fresh paint job that will be out of pocket. Leaving today with my car, we’re already planning on arranging to bring our truck in.
